Great product... The design and details is very well thought through. It's a gem. Till now it doesn't interfere with the game and comfortable to use.

There were 36Euro of additional hidden costs for toll and delivery!

Very helpful customer service. Had an issue with the sensor when it first arrived but they replaced it straight away.

Also smashed the casing of the sensor during a game but they gave me a new one to replace that. Again without issues.

Great communication from the company on delivery and arrived quickly.

Only used it a few times but love the insight it gives me into my game and swing. App and explanations need to be made more user friendly as slightly clunky at the moment but sure they will improve on this over time as the actual technology is great.

Speedy delivery, great communication. Two days in very happy with the data.

I was having issues with the first generation sensor model. Racketware replaced the sensor with a second generation model free of charge. It looks like the new generation is a big improvement in terms of size, construction, etc. I have also noticed that the app is constantly being improved and has come a long way since its original version.

This is probably the only sensor for squash. I have used sensors for tennis & badminton too. This one is way superior to the sensors across racket sports.
This sensor doubles up as a coach too. It helps identify our swing & make corrections. This is a must have for any squash player looking to improve.
I am sure the team behind this product is working to improve the software & come up with more game analysis to help improve the user's game even further.

Beyond all the good things about the product, Paul (owner of Racketware) is an honest person who is very passionate about the sport.

My sensor (1st generation) that I purchased nearly 2 years back ripped off the dock while playing. It might be due to regular use. I wrote to Paul to check if they can help me fix it. To my surprise, Paul went one step further & agreed to replace the 1st gen sensor with a brand new 2nd gen sensor at zero cost.
I received the new sensor within a week of Paul receiving my old sensor.
I have now started using the new one & it is just cool...

I urge all squash enthusiasts looking to improve their game to consider this...

Beyond business & money, I believe this product & this team is/can contribute a lot to this amazing sport.

First of all, compliments to the after sale department for the great service, so there are still companies that do know what service is. The first impression is good when you open the packaging, neat and tidy, everything is there, including a USB charging cable, grip tape and the sensor holder for the sensor. Placing the sensor holder on the racket is easy and clearly explained in the description in the app. Pairing with your mobile phone is easy and went without any problems here
Tried it out for the first time today on the squash court, synchronizing the sensor with the mobile phone is easy, now it's just a matter of learning to understand the information. I'll come back to that later, I'm probably one of the few users in the Netherlands and maybe I can contribute to more awareness for the great product

Firstly, I need to highlight how great the customer service is. Response time to queries and general service, including delivery time, is exceptional.

I bought the racketware for my boyfriend who is 1st/2nd division standard and he cannot speak highly enough about it! The app provides very easy to understand instructions on changing your technique, breaking it down into sections such as angle of swing, impact time etc. The match analysis is really simple but effective and shows you where your winning shots are from and too, and where you’re making your errors, to allow you to analyse and improve your game.

There are so many features and data sets for us to access, that this is definitely a great investment!

Exceptional. I purchased my Sensor from Racketware a couple of years ago now. Since then I have contacted them with suggestions and requests on what could be added to the system. The ideas have all been taken on board and some implemented or in the pipeline.
I have had a a couple of problems with my Sensor, one was after I hit the wall, which caused the sensor to come apart, and the second was with the battery.
These things happen. Contacted Racketware. Both times problem dealt with very quickly. Very helpful.
A replacement sensor has been sent out each time.
The Service is exceptional, Paul is really helpful. Cannot praise them enough.

What a great idea!!! The missing piece in learning how to play squash. It greatly helps you analyse your swing. My most loved feature is the match analysis. On top of the great product, there is a really friendly and fast support. My thumbs up!!!

Good communication and regular order updates. Product arrived as described. I have not fully tested yet.

The app is not ergonomic, and could easily be visually more appealing. You should explain/document much more how to use the functionalities, and how to exploit your data (we are not all pro-players!). Sensor connection and control can be confusing: why not having commands to start/stop a session directly (also) by the app?

I can’t write a positive review because I haven’t received my purchase. I ordered something from America at the same time and got it in two days. This is now six days and counting. Sorry guys I was excited now just impatient.
