Skip this company!
I ordered some online cosmetics from this company. The website look just fine as far as I could tell. There was a 100% refund guarantee, etc. When I received the product it was from China with mostly Chinese lettering on it and I decided to return because I don't know what the ingredients are. I reviewed the refund policy and I fit within that, however, there were no instructions as to how to return it or where. I finally found an email address so I emailed and requested a refund. They wanted to barter with me they responded and said they would give me 50% refund but I wouldn't have to return it which I found unacceptable. So I emailed back and again asked where would I even return the product. Their response was to send it to China at my cost which as you can imagine was an amazing amount of money. They have no offices here I was told so I again said that's unacceptable. I finally got a full refund with no instructions as to how to return or where. I just find this company pretty dubious and I don't want to put unknown ingredients on my skin. There are many better options out there.
