If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 mugs on 7th December, still waiting, they will not respond to emails. Total scammers and charlatans.

Don't waste your money!!
Ordered 2 mugs on 10th December as Christmas presents. They arrived TODAY! 7th January. Very poorly made. Not one sticker straight on either mug and one mug has 5 stickers missing. Just blank! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Scammers
Took my money on the 11th. Website states 24/7 customer support. No delivery yet (it is now the 27th), no phone number, no one answers emails. Had an automated mail with a tracking number on the 23rd which isn't recognised on any couriers website. A complete scam.

Be prepared to wait
Item eventually arrived but as others have stated there is next to no customer support apart from emails with promised shipping details that may or may not be true.
I requested a full refund and then things started to happen.
I do have to say the quality of my Ferrari mug is very good.
