I honestly can’t recommend RaceAnywhere enough. I’ve been dealing with the company for a few years now, and the level of service I’ve received has always been exceptional.

Martin, the owner, has been absolutely brilliant from day one. He’s one of those people who genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure everything is right. You don’t feel like just another customer when dealing with Martin he makes you feel valued, listened to and looked after.

I also have to give a huge mention to Dee, who has been equally amazing over the years. Dee has always been incredibly helpful, friendly and patient, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. Whenever I’ve needed help or had a question, the support has been fantastic.

What really stands out about RaceAnywhere is that it isn’t just about selling sim racing equipment. There’s a genuine passion for the community and for making sure customers have the best possible experience. That level of care is becoming increasingly rare these days.

After dealing with RaceAnywhere for so long, I can honestly say that the people behind the company are a massive part of what makes it special. Martin and Dee have both been fantastic to me over the years, and I’m genuinely grateful for all the help and support they’ve given me.

Very fast service and spot on delivery thanks

I recently had an issue with a product I purchased from Race Anywhere, and I contacted them regarding the problem.

Filips was there from start to finish and was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He listened to my concerns, asked me for videos demonstrating the issue, helped me find a way to send them when email attachments were not working, and contacted the manufacturer directly to have the issue investigated.

Everything was handled within around two and a half to three days, which I found very quick. He answered all of my questions, provided me with additional information, and kept me updated throughout the process. He even showed me the internal component that the manufacturer believed could be related to the issue.

He also made it clear that if I notice anything new or have any further questions, I can simply contact him again and he will be there to help, including going through the warranty process if necessary.

I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from Filips. He was professional, responsive, transparent and genuinely helpful from beginning to end.

I would highly recommend Race Anywhere, and especially Filips, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional retailer.
