Superb Service

The Company
The Company, for the order, were great. Fedex, the delivery agent, bombarded me with e-mails reiterating the delivery window they had given, even repeating it with an e-mail over 2 hours after the delivery window had finished and the parcel hadn't been delivered. Another e-mail arrived giving a delivery time of 6pm, some 6 hours (almost) after the end of the original 'window'. They then failed to achieve that time, finally delivering a minute before 6.30pm

Outstanding!!
Called to Rabart in Merthyr as I had water damage to the ceiling of my bay window and was hoping to match the wallpaper. This paper was quite old but I love it! The staff Wayne and Dai were absolutely outstanding!! Went through all the books for me and looked at an on line ap to try to identify it. They couldn't find it and asked Nicola another colleague when she came in the next day. Sadly the paper is no longer available but the team 'pulled out all the stops' to help Nicola even rang me to let me know. I cannot praise this company enough fantastic staff and fantastic service. Most highly recommended, thank you, you're all a breath of fresh air! 😊

First order
The items I ordered were at an excellent price and ordered on a Thursday. I thought I saw orders weren't despatched on a Friday was notified it had been. Early on Monday the order arrived with the paint packed in its own box and then in another box which was also very safely packed. That's service that couldn't be improved on. I would have no qualms in returning again.
