Never paid their 3D vendors for marketing content. Told he'll do it after COVID, but now just simply doesn't reply to any of the emails. He hired us, the Ukrainian company to provide him with CGI marketing visual content, received results and decided not to pay us. The most disrespectful client ever.

Excellent service

We bought Luxaflex Silhouette shades for our living room. The guide to take the measurements was really clear and the blinds have arrived in the expected 2-3 week timeframe. It fit perfectly and we are really happy with our purchase. It was much cheaper than the prices in Belgium as well.

Mooi product, past perfect!

We've got window shades Label65 on magnetic window frame from their website twice (for two bedrooms). Both times order came within about 2 weeks. Just make sure to measure everything correct (and precise) and follow instructions. In my opinion price is a bit high though and selection of color options is limited.

Kwaliteit producten, levering en service écht allemaal top notch!

Raambekleding seems to have a nice range and collection of products for Window dressing. Sad that the Eindhoven showroom got closed. Advise at home is a good service. We drove all the way to Rijswijk to finalize our choices, however, they did not have the exact kind we wanted to check (dupli/duo day+night plisse gordijnen) and the communication was not clear. So with our room windows (day+night top-down + bottm-up plisse), we can only open the plisse from the bottom and not from the top. Very silly!

They say they cannot do anything about this now. They take really really long to give you installation appointments. Sent a wrong product twice. One of our kitchen windows has a wrong color for half a year now!

We opted for Label 65. They have many limitations that are not made known upfront. Like the colors and fixtures and so on. With clear communication or live examples, it would help. But not everything is in the showroom either.

I'm still waiting for the last pieces to be mounted. The whole process has been extremely annoying, from difficulties with payment / ordering, to delayed orders, and a "Planning" department that does anything but. The products are good, but next time I will be getting them from a different supplier.

Very helpful advice given at the shop, over a number of appointments. Ordering system was easy and everything was delivered on time. Great service!

Pros: Process of buying, measurement and installation was quite good.
Cons: The products arrived with weeks of delay.

Email response time was slow and product took longer than estimated to arrive. Product was great.
