Raaj Ray is one of the best guys around for all your security needs, he won't rip you off either.
Alot of firms out there add extra prices on telling you one price then charging extra. Raaj is honest and reliable, he has a great team and they are very professional at what they do. He knows what he is doing and will sort you out with the best systems. I would highly recommend 👌 👍 ☺️

We contacted RaajCCTV Fire and Security Services for a quotation to upgrade our CCTV system. We were very impressed with the sales team's advice and help with what we needed and the correct technology needed. They even installed the TV screens for us which was another job that needed doing. We are over the moon with the Dahua CCTV system . The cameras externally have notifications and have deterrent sirens built in which I'm impressed with!
Having been a business on the Headrow in the Leeds city centre is high profile, so we needed a professional company to secure our premises. We are glad we opted for Raajcctv over others. They made a difference with their knowledge, customer service and the experience they had.

I contacted RaajCCTV and spoke to them regarding cctv for my hone. Im a lady with small children and have been recently burgled. It was not a pleasant experience. When I contacted RaajCCTV they showed genuine concern and advised on different ways the cctv would help and best angles to capture the shot of intruder/s.
I booked them in with confidence and felt relieved straight away, I just knew I was in good hands after speaking to the sales team.
They came and installed the cameras within 3 weeks of booking to my convenience.

They were very professional and respectful of my property and myself.
Im very happy with my Dahua system and connectivity to my phone, its impacted and bettered my happiness and anxiety. I feel allot safer now.

I Contacted them and within the week, I had my CCTV system installed on my home. The installers were careful in my property, very clean and very tidy. The CCTV is great quality! The install was smooth and training was given on how to use the system on the app. I 100% recommend this business for all your alarm, CCTV or security. Raaj is very qualified and knowledgeable. I feel great that I selected RaajCCTV over all the others that were cheaper, you can see RaajCCTV is outstanding in everyday!!

Had new CCTV installed by Raj, service is 5* I can’t fault anything , staff were respectful of my property from entering the house to leaving, great communication with appointment times.
Everything was explained to me in detail before during and after the installation. Professional advice was offered and I wasn’t pressured into choosing any particular option but instead given options and advice that was relevant to my needs.
I particularly loved the fact that there are no hanging cables outside very neat and tidy , easy to use app and everything set up for me on my phone, they even showed me step by step how to use everything and contact details in case of any problems . I highly recommend.

Raaj came out the same day to look at what I needed and gave very professional honest and thorough advice to achieve the best cctv coverage at my property.
Due to the situation Raaj priories the job having everything instslledand completed in less than 7 days even with horrendous weather delaying previous job. Excellent communication and updates throughout.

First class service from Raaj again. The CCTV box started beeping with an error. Even though Raaj was away on business, out of the country, he responded to my email promptly, with a promise to take a look first thing on his return. He kept his promise, it turned out be a fault with the box so with no messing, he changed it to a new box and set it all up again for me.
I can highly recommend this company for excellent and friendly service and a great product.

Raaj installed 4 cameras to our home and we couldn’t be more pleased.
He came when he said he would he advised us on where the cameras would be best placed for our needs and came back to adjust them when asked. Would highly recommend.

After my mother's house was vandalised Raaj came out to provide a quote the next day. The price was competitive. He started early and stayed until the system was installed. I would definitely recommend Raj to work with older people as he has a knack of putting people at ease even after a stressful event. Raaj did an exellent job and he should be the first choice for installing security cameras.

Our alarm system and cctv were installed by Raaj a few years ago and we decided to upgrade. Raaj installed Ajax smart alarm system which is more secure and lots of extras compared to our previous system. He also updated our CCTV to Dahua full colour cameras which are far clearer. He is very good at explaining how to use everything. He also supplied and fitted two security lights to the outside. An excellent job all round.

I had been let down by a security company in Keighley who i’d used several times before.

I approached two different companies with regards to a new system at my new build house which was due for completion October 2021.

Raaj came back to request a visit to see me to discuss requirements etc. We sat down with the architects plans of my house to work out location/coverage of cameras and what sort of system I wanted.

We agreed on Dahua system with 8 grey cameras, 5 mega pixels and with full colour view at night.

During the build process Raaj liaised with my developer and run all the cables within the wall cavities back to the agreed location of the XVR, I was very insistent that absolutely no cables are to be on show either externally on the brickwork or anywhere internally, happy to say this was achieved.

I specially asked that the system is viewable on a TV within the house and access to cameras also being available on several IOS devices. He’s set up notifications which display a short clip showing any activity whilst on my property, if more video playback is needed i can remotely playback the video I require via the IOS device by easily choosing a date/time.

I am very happy with the finished system, so much so that I recommended Raaj to my mother in law who had Dahua TIOC system installed and just yesterday recommended Raaj to my father to have some work done on his alarm system too.

It’s not often I recommended trades people to others but I wouldn’t hesitate to pass Raaj’s phone number to others.

I won’t be using anyone else for the servicing of my security systems, whether it be the CCTV system or the house alarm.

In short…

If you want a cheap as chips eBay/Amazon special then Raaj isn’t your man as he only deals in good quality brands!

If you want a quality system, with quality cameras and a professional service at a reasonable price then you don’t want to be going elsewhere.

I’m a firm believer in that you get what you pay for!

Earlier this year we asked Raaj to fit a CCTV system - we were really impressed by his knowledge and the service he provided so we asked him back to upgrade our house alarm. We now have a super alarm system which was quickly installed and is easy to use. Raaj was also able to give us advice on ‘smart technology’ - hopefully we’ll soon be a bit more up-to-date with our technology!

We have just received the most excellent support after our CCTV went down. Unbelievably fast response and rectification, meaning we were back up and running immediately. Cannot rate this business enough. Customer service is exceptional as always. Thank you!
