Do not buy from them. They do not follow their own return policy. Then when you return the skates they claim they didn’t receive them. Then they will agree to refund your money but they don’t refund you. You’ll be robbed $75. Fair warning.
They responded to one of my emails and told me my skates were on the way, I contacted USPS, my order was returned to sender so BD JAMES, who's writing reviews for himself, is a liar. He's an employee and my skates were never coming. Qzays is a scam.
Ordered skates with expidated shipping. Still no skates. Sure I can wait a little longer, however I sent them three emails and have gotten no response.
