Support ignores customers while holding their funds

I am extremely disappointed with Quppy and their support team.

For almost a week now, I have been trying to resolve an urgent issue regarding access to my funds, but I am being completely ignored both by email support and through Telegram.

I currently have 651 EUR stuck in my account and I cannot withdraw or access my own money because I am unable to complete verification due to my expired residence permit. Instead of providing any alternative solution or assistance, Quppy support simply stopped responding to me altogether.

Their website states a response time of around 12 working hours, yet I have received no real help for days despite multiple messages and repeated attempts to contact them.

At this point, I feel abandoned by the company. My funds are effectively frozen, I cannot use them, withdraw them, or even receive proper communication from support.

I understand compliance procedures are necessary, but completely ignoring customers while holding their money hostage is unacceptable.

I am asking Quppy to:
- respond to my case immediately,
- provide an alternative verification solution,
- allow withdrawal access,
- or return the funds to the original sender.

This situation has caused me severe stress and financial problems, and I sincerely hope the company finally takes responsibility and responds publicly.

Update

Absolutely terrible experience with Quppy.

My funds have effectively been locked on this platform, and support has been ignoring me for over a week. They claim to respond within 12 working hours, yet in reality they reply once every 4–5 days with useless template answers that do not solve anything.

I currently have 651 EUR stuck in my account and I cannot access or withdraw my own money because I am unable to complete verification due to an expired residence permit. Instead of offering any real assistance, alternative verification, temporary withdrawal access, or even a proper explanation, Quppy simply keeps delaying and avoiding responsibility.

What makes the situation even worse is that these are payouts from OnlyFans, meaning the sender usually cannot simply reverse the transfer after it has already been completed. Quppy knows this perfectly well, yet they continue redirecting me back to the sender instead of resolving the issue from their side.

At this point, it feels like customer funds are being held hostage while support intentionally ignores urgent cases.

I have contacted them repeatedly through:
- email support,
- Telegram support,
- and formal requests regarding refund or withdrawal access.

Despite all of this, no real solution has been provided.

I formally requested:
- return of funds from their side,
- or temporary withdrawal access so I can resolve the issue myself.

Instead of helping, they continue delaying the case and avoiding accountability.

This situation has caused serious stress, financial difficulties, and complete loss of trust in this company.

I strongly advise people to think twice before trusting Quppy with their money, especially if there is any chance of compliance or verification issues arising.

Don’t put your money in Quppy !

Terrible experience
I received a transfer of 69€ and it has been processing for 4 days, not credited nor rejected and sent back to the sender, just ghosting, I have contacted the support via email and social networks and guess what? no reply! Is Quppy even regulated to perform transactional services or is it just a scamming façade!
Luckily i tested with just a small amount and didn’t put my whole funds there.

Funds not repaid for more than 2 weeks

I made a €115 crypto exchange on February 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM.

The transaction was rejected on February 6.

Since then, the €115 has still not been credited to my account.

For several days now, customer support has been responding with the same automated message stating that a "technical bug" is being resolved.

It has now been over two weeks without a refund or a specific date.

Please process this case promptly.

Customer support unreachable, please be careful

Since December, I've had a problem with my account. I received a transfer, and following that, my account was restricted for verification, which I completed with one of their agents. Unfortunately, it wasn't processed, so I requested a refund of my account balance. Since then, I've been sending email after email, but without any response. I'm starting to doubt the credibility of this bank.

Hello,
Regarding the restriction on your account: freezing an account after an incoming transfer is a mandatory security and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedure required of all regulated financial institutions. While you may have submitted information to our support agent, all documents must be verified and approved by our Compliance department. If the restriction was not lifted, it indicates that the provided documents did not fully meet the strict regulatory requirements.

Additionally, please understand that when an account is restricted for compliance reasons, we cannot simply process a manual refund at the account holder's request. The standard legal procedure in this situation is for the sender's bank to initiate an official Recall Request through secure banking channels.

We want to resolve this for you. Please update your review with your Ticket ID. Our team will immediately review your case, check the status of your documents, and provide you with clear next steps.

Best regards,
Quppy Team

quppy scam me in 100 gbp

Dear Quppy Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a failed GBP deposit and the complete lack of response from your support team so far.

Incoming transaction
🕒 Operation Time: January 28, 2026 01:26

I deposited £100 GBP using the GBP bank account details provided within the Quppy app. The transaction was declined without any clear explanation. More concerning is the fact that the funds have not been returned to the sender, and their current status remains unknown.

I have contacted Quppy support twice by email to explain the situation and request clarification, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency regarding customers’ funds is unacceptable.

At this point, I am still waiting to understand:

Where the £100 GBP currently is

When and how the funds will be returned, or what steps are required from my side

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear update as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further.

I expect your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello,

We would like to address your concerns immediately and clarify the status of your funds.

First and foremost: your money is not lost. As explicitly stated in the app notifications and on our website, Quppy currently does not support incoming GBP transfers. Since this deposit was initiated despite these warnings, it was automatically declined by the banking provider.

Regarding the refund timeline: When a transaction is declined, the funds are automatically returned to the sender. However, this banking process is not instant. You mentioned the transaction was made on January 28th. International reversals typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect back in the sender's account. Considering the weekend, only a few business days have passed, so the funds are likely still in transit within the banking network.

We apologize for the delay in our support team's response. Please provide your Ticket ID here, and we will check the specific status of this return to ensure it is processing correctly.

Best regards, Quppy Team

Hello,

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we would like to bring some clarity to this situation.

Currently, Quppy does not support incoming transfers in GBP. To prevent such issues, we have placed a specific warning (pop-up) within the app and on our website explicitly stating that GBP deposits are not accepted at this time. Since the transfer was initiated despite this notice, it was automatically declined by the banking system.

Most importantly: your funds are not lost. Because the transaction was declined, the money is automatically returning to the sender's bank account. Please note that banking reversals are not instant and typically take several business days to reflect in your balance.

We apologize if you missed our support team's reply. Please update this review with your Ticket ID so we can double-check the status of the return and ensure everything is correct.

Best regards, Quppy Team

Hello,

We understand your frustration regarding the waiting time and the declined transaction. We strive to process all transfers instantly, but financial security is our top priority.

When a transaction remains in "processing" for an extended period, it typically indicates that it requires additional verification by our banking partners or security system. These standard procedures are mandatory to comply with financial regulations and ensure the safety of funds. If a transfer is eventually declined, it means it did not pass these necessary security checks.

We are ready to review your specific case to see if any further information can be provided. Please update your review with your support ticket ID or contact our support team directly so we can assist you.

Best regards, Quppy Team

They’re a scam, don’t bother applying for a bank account

They’re a scam. Don’t even bother applying for their bank accounts. Incoming transfers get placed on hold for days and rejected with no explanation. They keep users’ funds without proper clarification. Support is inexistant, no one will respond to you unless you expose them on their Twitter page publicly below their comments. Only then will you get the response given to everyone complaining here “we process all payments within the timeframes in accordance with the law….” It’s just bullsh*t. There are no notifications in the app when you receive a payment. Their license should be revoked (if they do have one). These are not the people you want running a financial institution.

Hello,

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We understand how serious it is when incoming transfers are held or rejected and you feel you are not getting clear answers from support. This is not the experience we want users to have with Quppy.

In some situations, incoming payments can be placed on hold or even rejected due to additional checks required by European financial and AML/KYC regulations. During these checks, certain operations may be temporarily limited. However, client funds are not “kept” or used: the transaction is either completed and credited, or the money is returned once the review is finalised or the payment cannot be accepted under the rules. We fully agree that the reasons and status must be communicated more clearly, and we are working on improving how this information is shown to users.

Regarding support and notifications: our intention is to handle requests through our official channels (in-app support and the email address listed on our website), not only via social media. If your experience has been different, it means our response times and communication fell short in your case, and we take that seriously. Your comments about missing notifications and clarity around incoming transfers will be forwarded internally as product feedback.

We cannot discuss account-specific details in a public space, but we would like to review your case. Please contact our support via the app or the official email on our website, using the email linked to your Quppy account, and mention that you are the author of this review. We will check the history of your transfers and previous support contacts and provide you with a written explanation of what happened and what options are available.

Kind regards,
Quppy Support Team

Complaint against Quppy — suspicion of fraudulent activity. I want to warn everyone about possible fraudulent actions by the company Quppy. Recently, I transferred 2000 EUR to my personal account with Quppy, after which my account was blocked without any explanation. Since then, access to my funds has been restricted, and company representatives have stopped responding to messages. After funding my account with 2000 euros, it was blocked, and I was informed that I needed to go through “additional verification.” I was then asked to send my documents through a suspicious external link that does not belong to the official Quppy domain. I have sent four emails to their official support address over the past two weeks, and no one has replied. After checking reviews online, I noticed that most of the positive comments about Quppy are fake: they are posted by newly created accounts with no other reviews on other platforms, and the review texts look template-based and often machine-translated. I demand that Quppy unblock my account, return the 2000 EUR to the sender (it is not necessary to credit it back to my blocked account), provide an official explanation for the account suspension, and share the internal policies or regulations under which such actions were taken. I also demand that they stop asking for personal documents through suspicious, non-official links. Warning to users: be extremely cautious when dealing with Quppy, verify all links, do not send copies of your documents to unknown recipients, and keep screenshots of all communications. If your account has also been blocked, I recommend joining forces with other affected users to file a collective complaint to financial authorities in the EU (such as FCA, FIU, EBA, or your country’s cybercrime police). I hope this post helps others avoid a similar situation and draws the attention of regulators to this company’s activities.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to describe your situation in detail. We understand that having your account restricted and 2,000 EUR blocked with no clear update is very serious, and we do not take such concerns lightly.

As a company operating under European financial and AML/KYC regulations, we are sometimes required to place temporary restrictions on accounts and perform additional verification. In such cases, we may ask for extra documents, but this must always happen through secure, authorised channels. We do not use customer funds for our own purposes during these checks – funds are either credited, kept safeguarded during the review, or returned once the process is completed.

Regarding the verification link you mention: any request for documents should come either from our official application or from official Quppy communication and approved partners. If you received a link that you consider suspicious or that does not clearly belong to us or our authorised providers, please do not upload any further documents there and forward the message (including the link) to our official support address so that we can verify whether it is legitimate or a phishing attempt.

Concerning your comment about reviews: we encourage genuine feedback from all users, positive or negative, and we do not use your account status or balance to influence what you post. We cannot comment on individual Trustpilot profiles, but we do take reputation and transparency seriously.

We cannot discuss the details of your account or verification process in a public space, but we would like to review your case as a priority. Please contact our support via the app or the official email on our website, using the same email address as for your Quppy account, and mention this review and the 2,000 EUR transfer. If you have already written to us, please resend your latest message with “Trustpilot – urgent review” in the subject so we can locate it faster. We will check the status of your account, the reason for the additional verification, and the options for refunding the transfer back to the sender if applicable, and provide you with a written explanation.

You are, of course, free to contact the relevant authorities if you believe your rights have been violated. In that case, we will be ready to provide them with the information necessary to clarify the situation.

Kind regards,
Quppy Support Team

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern about funds appearing blocked for several days and not receiving a response. This is not the process we aim to provide at Quppy.

In some cases, transactions have to undergo additional checks required by European financial and AML/KYC regulations. During these checks, certain operations may be temporarily limited, but client funds are not used; the transaction is either completed or the money is returned once the review is finished.

To review your specific case, please contact our support via the app or the official email on our website, including the email linked to your Quppy account and the transaction details, and mention that you are the author of this review. We will prioritise your request and provide you with an update.
