Bought and installed 4 tracks a month…
Bought and installed 4 curtain tracks (QL 600) a month ago and all are working perfectly. Absolutely recommendable!
You get what you pay for
Purchased Quoya QL600. I have installed but it's still not fully working due to getting stuck on joins.
It's ok and probably as reasonable as you would expect for the low price but there are a few major issues that make me concerned that reviews here might not be, erm, "not completely balanced"!!
First and foremost, the curtain track requires filing and twisting at the joins, otherwise the rollers get stuck. Watch the video on this on YouTube if you're unsure what I mean. Mine still isn't right despite spending at least half an hour on adjustments.
Installation is not easy. The videos are great but there are no easy to follow written instructions included.
It is unlikely to be a big deal for many users but the Tuya app is amateurish and it doesn't seem easy to convert to open firmwares like Tasmota. The Smart Life app hasn't been proofread by a native english speaker and layout is poorly designed/not intutive.
Overall, it's OK but I wouldn't purchase this again and would look at other brands.

Great customer service and a good quality product. Recommended.
Q600 curtain track
Fairly quick delivery, easy to fit with excellent you tube videos and very quiet operations. Could do with making kits up for wall mounted rails instead of buying extras
Well made product and excellent support…
Well made product and excellent support in replacing the toothed belt as it was too short for a bay window. Some fiddling with the joints between the plastic corner pieces and the aluminium track needed but now working satisfactorily.

I purchased 2 sets of the Quoya QL 500 electric curtains. Took a little time to assemble and fit, very well made and went together without problems. The only problem I had was with the App one set worked as required but the other one didn’t open/close at the correct time. Reloaded App now working ok. Help was ok but slow to respond to emails.

The product works well and without any problems so far.
The only quibble would be regarding the QR code and link provided that did not work, so had to find installation videos from the internet - (please keep your hands WITHIN THE PICTURE! )
Couldn’t find a way to register the product for warranty, but as it was bought direct this hopefully shouldn’t be a problem.

READ THIS, Brilliant customer service from small business.
To be honest, I really struggled to reach QUOYA by phone and email. I tried a lot too. However, when I did finally reach them after trying they were absolutely amazing. I mean, really superb. They adjusted our our purchase and sent out parts, despite that we had bought the kit over a year previously, completely without question or cost, which really is excellent. I would have no hesitation buying further products from Quoya. The quality is excellent. I am not a fan of video tutorials tbh, but I did work out what needed to be done and the final product worked brilliantly. Thank you.

Quoya blinds motor
Fitted these to the vertical blinds in my lounge and set up to open/close at sunrise/sunset using the Smartlife app. Really happy with them and would definitely recommend
Fantastic product!
I have replaced all the curtain rails in my house with these. They are brilliant, and save me valuable time each day. I have them set to open at appropriate times in the morning, and all close 10 mins after sunset. So convenient. Great value for a great product.
Helpful Tech and good company
Have used one of their products to automate some window blinds for almost 2 years, which worked very well and assisted disabled living.
Ran into an issue and the company impressed me with how helpful they were in resolving my issue.
Looking forward to the continued ease and convenience of automatic blinds!
QL500 is good, but installation needs experience
Installation of Quoya motorized curtain tracks is not a job for a beginner! Experienced DIYers should be fine with it, though. Bays are tricky. Essential to seek pre-sales advice (excellent) from the Quoya customer services phone line. In my case, as a result I changed my shopping list from QL600 to QL500, with double bay accessories.
The kit arrived promptly, well packaged and in good condition. A MINIMAL instruction leaflet was provided, but the website gives links to lots of relevant videos on YouTube, which are a must-watch before starting the installation, and during the process. I found the trickiest part was inserting and correctly tensioning the belt over a long run (~10 metres).
Another quite tricky step was positioning and adjusting the wall brackets around the (awkward) angles of my bay window. Pre-fitting all the brackets to the track, but leaving the bolts initially slack until the track was up, helped greatly with this step.
One point omitted from the main installation videos is that you can add the correct number of passive runners AFTER installing the track, by simply undoing the locking clips under the pulleys at each end; however you must then re-tension the belt.
Now it's all installed, the QL500 curtain system works smoothly and silently via the remote control, though the motion is quite slow and stately. For extra heavy curtains, or very wide windows, you can buy and fit an optional second motor to give more power and prevent stalling. Angled track bends reduce the effective motor power, due to friction. My curtains weigh only 9 kg, but there are 4 angle bends; however, a second motor was not needed in my case.
An important point that is NOT made clear when buying is that for automatic timer, or sunrise/sunset operation, you need a Bluetooth/wifi Home Assist automation hub setup or equivalent, controlled from your mobile phone or Alexa device. (The Quoya literature implies that the curtain system already includes timed operation.)
Another point worth noting is that replacing the batteries in the remote, or interrupting the mains supply to the motor unit, can cause the curtain system to change (or forget) its pre-set stopping positions, so that it may appear to get stuck, or not move at all. (My system kept stopping at the first bend, so at first I thought it was meeting too much friction there. in fact the closing stop point had reset itself to be the first bend position.)
Therefore it's very important to keep the small leaflet that tells you the magic button sequence to delete a wrong stopping position!
Customer services were also very helpful answering my queries after I'd finished the installation.
Overall, my experience of installing Quoya QL500 was positive and a good DIY challenge, though not a job I'd want to do every day. The result looks great, and the curtains move in a pleasingly classy way. I hope the system will prove to be reliable.
MC11 Motor Work OK on vertical blinds as long as not too heavy, easy to set up, quiet.
I bought one, after using for a few months, I bought two more.
OK, setting up is fairly straightforward by following You Tube videos.
I bought for vertical blinds; first for a 3m rear blind and the two for two halves of front window blinds, about 1.6m each.
I prefer Apple ecosystem and these are not Home Compatible or have matter. Thus, I had to use Tuya hub, not too happy to use a relatively unknown hub from China with no knowledge of security but reading reviews I was satisfied. I have setup Siri routines and they work well.
Now the functionality; they do the job, none of the three wheels handled the string for blinds well. Often, the limits set are upset as string slips sometimes and I have to re-program limits, the reason for reducing one star to 4 star. It is difficult to balance the correct tension on the wheel, but trial and error got me to best I will have. I don’t take away a star for not being home compatible or having to use that hub, I bought them in the knowledge of them.
Overall, I think they could be very good for bead controlled roller blinds, less so for vertical blinds that need a bit more pressure. Also I can only open or close, or slant, not both with one motor.

Slick and quiet feature packed curtain rail
This smart curtain track is easy to fit and really quiet to operate. Has multiple options to operate from just a gentle pull on the curtains, a button on a remote control, or voice activation via a smart device. Very happy and will purchase again as I redecorate other rooms!
