I have used Quotient for several years and just love it. I like being able to see when the client looks at the quote and if they don't sign then I know I need to go back and touch base and cover any questions. I also like the ability of connecting it to Zapier and my other apps to streamline my business. Great product. Wouldn't run a business without it.

The time saved generating detailed, professional quotes for our customers is huge. I can truly say that Quotient is indispensable to us in our daily business.

Before quotient we were like most businesses, a bit of Word, a bit of Excel, a little PDF and a lot of manual and repetitive actions and wasted time.

For 13 years we have been using Quotient and it has become one of those softwares we dont even think about now.

It's integration in to Xero means we save so much time copying and double entry in to Xero,

Templates mean anyone can create a quote and they always look professional and to our standards

I wish it had more integration with ChatGPT, quickbooks, etc

I've been using the Quotient software for approx 2 years for both my Painting and General contracting companies. The ability to see how our clients and potential clients interact with our proposals has helped tremendously. The layout is great, professional, easy on the eyes, neat/clean structure and font, overall ease etc.. This software stands side by side with other big name construction software brands that I've paid 200+ a month for. The value is definitely there for the monthly cost, just the hours your will shave off your week if coming from a more antiquated software or even Excel. Very happy with the way our proposal looks and function today. Thanks for doing what you're doing Quotient!

We are very happy with Quotient. The API features and integrations with Xero, HubSpot, and Zapier make it a powerful tool for streamlining our workflow. The simple seat-based pricing is easy to manage, and we love the flexibility to customize quote templates.

One area for improvement would be design options adding static photos and more creative elements would make templates more visually engaging. Also, Quotient doesn’t fully meet our needs for larger, complex quotes like tenders. We’ve explored alternatives such as PandaDoc for this, but it would be great if Quotient could expand in this area.

Overall, it’s a fantastic solution for everyday quoting, and we already recommend it to other businesses.

I've used Quotient for years and have zero reservations recommending it to other small businesses. The solution is clean, simple, and just plain works. Support is responsive, and the developers are continually enhancing the platform. Overall, I'm a huge fan!

Been using Quotient for a couple of years now, having templates saves loads of time as the integration with Xero makes invoicing really easy.
Having customers accept the quote online after selecting their options means we have the perfect 'paper trail' to show when and what they wanted.

I have been using quotient for many years now and it literally changed my life for the better. It is so easy to use and I love the review and follow up options. Now it is connected to xero it is even better. 100% recommend quotient.

Love Quotient! Its a lot more robust than the inbuilt quoting provided by other software I use (Xero, Roll) and it provides a much better experience for the receiver of the quote. I just wish there was an integration with RollHQ. I have tried to use Zapier but no luck.If I didn't have to double up on admin to re-record my quotes in my project management software I'd give it 5 stars.

Hands down, the best, the easiest, the most stress free quotes tool you will find anywhere. We have used soo many software applications, none come close to Quotient. Honestly, if your considering Quotient, give it a shot, you will fall in love. I always feel like telling other businesses about this Gem! But also want to keep it a secret, I would hate for my competitors to use it.

Very flexible, intuitive and convenient. Does what it's supposed to without bloat and they continuously improve. 5/5
