John answered to every question I had and went above and beyond to provide a great service and keep me updated throughout the quote until the delivery of my custom PC. The build was packaged safely and they provide me with every instruction to set it up. In the end, I was happy with my purchase in Quoted Tech

Wonderful company and employees who truly care about creating the exact computer that you want. I worked with Patrick in sales, Nigel in technical support and Willy who physically built my computer.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful, polite and did not try to up sell me on anything.

Patrick is very laid back, takes the time to explain things and never cut corners on anything. I made many changes during the build and he never made me feel I was a pain. Always more than happy to help. He took many pics of my computer during the building, and what options were available.

Willy and Patrick brought to my attention that the case that I had upgraded to,was white and the cooler was black. I was shown photos of what the pc would look like with either. I chose white and they happily changed it. They could have sent it with the black one and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't. Some people wouldn't care about things like that but some do. It shows that these people who put the pc together, care.

In all of the times I spoke with Patrick, never once, did he rush me off the phone, or leave me with unanswered questions. The computer arrived within the time range I was given as well, no issues there.

In today's world, there is very little excellent customer service. I'm so grateful that I took a chance with this company as I could not be happier. Entire experience with them, was stellar.
I very highly recommend them, give them a try rather than purchasing a run of the mill computer from somewhere else.

I had an issue with my computer and Quoted Tech handled the repair under warranty quickly and efficiently. They were easy to reach and responsive throughout the process. Just a heads-up: the warranty doesn't cover the cost of shipping the device back to them for repair. Overall, very reactive and helpful service.

Appreciated the curated selection, well built machine. My unit shipped within a week, good communication with team end to end, my support request was responded to within hours.

Great choice if you want quality and turnkey experience, they shipped win pro which is a bonus.

Before I purchased my computer Quoted Tech answered my questions even though it was the weekend. Once purchased everything arrived well packaged and was super easy to set up. It is an awesome looking build with the glass door and blue lighting. I love it. It's been performing beautifully and my partner is jealous.

I had a few things I was unsure about when picking some of the parts, and they were very fast to reply in the live chat (and it was clearly a real person who knew what they were talking about who was replying to me). Once I received my order, I needed help with something small and sent them an email, not expecting a reply for 24+ hours as is typical, but to my surprise, I had an email back within 15 minutes that answered my question.

Customer service was quick to respond and had all the answers to the questions I asked. Shipped fairly quickly and amazing quality!

Quoted has a very simple & effective system for configuring systems -- nicely curated to a good selection, but not overwhelming, and of the 4 systems I've ordered so far, they've all been exactly as hoped, and pricing has been fair. It's taken 2-3 weeks from order to system to system arrival, which I think is quite fair.

While searching for a custom PC builder to put together a system for my new sim racing rig, I came across Quoted Tech ads and realized they were Canadian. I called and spoke to one of their reps and they helped me through the process of deciding how to spec my build. I received it on time and it is everything I hoped for and more! My daughter decided she wanted one of her own so she placed an order as well and is waiting patiently for her new custom PC. I recommend Quoted Tech

They clearly communicated throughout the process and even when I thought something was taking a little longer than usual they responded to my request for information very quickly.

Add on top of that that their pricing is very very competitive when you compare it to custom builders in the same type of market. Ordered two computers Quoted One Ultra custom PCs for our business and they have been more than capable. We use them for design and rendering in addition to office productivity and they have been exceptionally fast and quiet. Ordering was simple and the machines came ready to go out of the box.

Although my pc arrived past ETA I have to say customer service was 10/10 always got back to me when I had inquired about time of delivery and shipping & 0 complaints about the pc, this is my first pc and it has been phenomenal so far super easy to set up would definitely recommend!
