Extremely disappointed.
I was applied for the special meal request 24hours before my flight.
The website is not working.
I call to customer service. They said that will pass my request.
Nothing was done. I have no meal ordered for me. Allergy requirements and meal orders not existed in their flights. I skip my mea. Customer."servos" and website are misleading. Email to them was pointless.
Deceptive and very poor experience. Entered all the information only to be re-routed to two different insurance carriers to conduct my own search by re-entering data.

When a company arbitrarily picks on someone in a tv ad using the name Karen as an insult because they hate tv commercials like normal people do I find it a personal affront as Iost a sister named Karen they are garbage and punks period
I just watched the commercial about a white woman with legitimate concerns abut Medicare benefits who is repeatedly referred to as "Karen." I guess some guys were cracking up as they put this one together, thinking maybe we would be too dumb to know that we were being insulted with the "Karen" trope. Do you really think insulting white women is a good way to get customers? Sorry, I will get my information elsewhere.
