Extremely disappointed.
I was applied for the special meal request 24hours before my flight.
The website is not working.
I call to customer service. They said that will pass my request.
Nothing was done. I have no meal ordered for me. Allergy requirements and meal orders not existed in their flights. I skip my mea. Customer."servos" and website are misleading. Email to them was pointless.
