Had to change the date and time of my train tickets and Chris from customer service was extremely prompt and helpful. Excelent customer service. Well done!

Great communication and understanding. I had an issue with my ticket, a couple of days after booking it, I requested a refund and although they didn't have to refund me, they did. Thanks to Chris from the Quno team. I will use the service again.

Booking was on a wrong date and there’s no easy way to get a refund. No one answers the phone and if I were to change my mind and take an uber instead then it isn’t easy to get a refund.

There is no 0 star so i cannot give that. If you book a ticket and try to change(NOT CANCEL), good luck with it. It is a website with no people for customer support or help.
Please do not use this website to buy tickets.

Excellent customer service. Today, I had a very good experience. Fast, polite, efficient and professional people --they corrected a mistake that I made in my booking. They responded to my emails quickly and I didn't wait at all to speak to an expert at the help center, when I called them. Also, I found the cheapest price for my route.

Was having a very pressured time and by accident booked the ticket for my train for the following week rather than the next day. I contacted Quno thinking I might not even get to communicate with a real person and to my surprise I got a speedy and polite response to my dilema and an instant refund actioned when Quno weren't obliged to do this. Totally impressed. Definitely will use this service again!

I made a wrong/mistaken booking and they immediately replied to my e-mail on the matter and assisted with resolving my issue so swiftly!

I‘m very grateful to Chris who saved my trip as I couldn’t find my ticket to print and he has searched through emails at a vey last moment and found it! Which saved me money)

I found Chris' customer support to be a very successful blend of friendly and efficient and very much appreciated their aid in resolving an issue- of my own making, no less. As a result I would recommend Quno to others and would recommend Chris be given a raise. Or perhaps a donut or something.

This is 100% scam and fraud website, I booked my ticket for 20th October 2024, when I made the payment, the ticket was issued on 25th October 2024. There is no option on the site to amend the he date. They did this deliberately to show a cheap ticket price and then book a non busy day and time ticket which I did not fill when I was booking. Please avoid this site and report it to regulatory body. Even you can not talk to anyone over the phone.

I had a really positive experience with Quno. Quno’s support agent Chris was excellent in providing me exceptional customer service over email. Firstly, their website was easy to use to search for and purchase train tickets from London to Birmingham and back. But I had a last minute change to my itinerary and as it turned out my ticket back from Birmingham to London was not eligible for a change or refund with certain exceptions. Chris helped me through this process and helped me obtain the refund which I wasn’t sure I would qualify for. Chris made it really easy for me. Appreciate his thoughtfulness and great communication. Would recommend Quno to others and will definitely use them again next time I’m in the UK (I was traveling from the US).

The website automatically booked me on the wrong train and will not allow me to amend booking to correct date and I was told if I had called within 2 hrs of booking they would amend it but I booked it at 1 am and no one was there to answer call now I have to buy a new ticket and apply for a refund very poor service

Was expecting a long drawn out battle re: refund for a ticket I bought for the wrong day, but it was sorted out very quickly ☺️

We are traveling to the UK in a week or so, and we booked our train ticket a day too early. I live in the US, and am traveling back to see my family. As you can tell it was stressful realizing we booked the wrong day. I emailed the help line and with in a matter of minutes I had a email back, from Chris. He was very nice and very attentive! He got our problem solved with no problem! Very refreshing to see such great customer service

I booked our tickets on the wrong date and emailed Quno. Chris emailed me back and advised me to rebook on the right dates and a refund of my first booking would then be processed. Chris has excellent customer service, skills. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you

I made a mistake with my booking - completely the wrong day! Thought I would lose my money, but Chris helped me out quickly - rebooked for the right day, and refunded my other ticket. Brilliant 🌟 👏

I booked a train ticket from London to Edinburgh but absent-mindedly did so for the wrong dates. It was a non-refundable ticket. I wrote an email to the Quno contact email address, but without much hope that I would be able to get a refund. However, I received a prompt reply from a customer support member named Chris explaining that I could in fact get a refund if I bought a new ticket for the correct dates. I did that and he ended up processing my refund himself, in real time--it was all resolved in the space of two hours, which is incredibly swift and efficient for this type of situation and service. I had assumed that I would just would have to just absorb the cost of my scheduling mistake, so I was pleasantly surprised all around by the swift and efficient customer service.
