Quiz Trail Reviews

Absolutely first class product & service with my plaque. Much better value than other similar products. I couldn't be more chuffed. Thanks.

Great idea and away to learn about your home town

Always a nice read - these guides also make great presents. I love the ball-point pens!

I ordered a heritage blue plaque on 6th July for my sister’s birthday. Confirmed the proof on the 7th, but didn’t receive it until the 28th. Missed her birthday. Got nowhere when trying to track it. No response to an email sent on 19th enquiring on its whereabouts, but did get a reply to my email of Friday 24th some hours after, which I was very relieved about, saying they’d look into it and get back to me asap. They didn’t, but then I received it on the 28th.
The proof looked really good but it isn’t as solid as I expected. Cost £42.99. It will look better once fixed to the wall I’m sure.
Overall I have to say I’m disappointed. Lacking in response to emails and delivered later than predicted.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Great product, easy to follow for adults and children.fun days out

Great idea.
Ordering and delivery very efficient.
Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely little trail around Tenterden taking us to places we would never normally see.

Greet communication. Decent price, great booklet!

I got these for my Southsea caravans holiday caravans for my guests to have an activity. The guides are a good mix of history, quirky facts and an activity adventure for my guests to do. It's a bit early to gauge if they are well liked.

I see this company do a range of such guides across the south east coast, so ideal for locals and visitors. Something for tourist information centres to stock.

I bought this for the grandkids and it kept them busy for a whole afternoon after exams had finished. They enjoyed it.

Fabulous time exploring Tunbridge Wells. Great fun and easy to follow. Took us longer cos we stopped at all the coffees places 😂

The guides are excellent value for money, I haven't yet put them into practice but they look very well thought out.

The purchase was smooth and very good value for money. The delivery was very quick. Such a great gift for my friend. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Super quiz books well designed, delightful and thoughtful walks. Thank you

Easy to order, well designed guides with lots of information. Not done the quizzes yet but looks like it will be fun to do.

Quick to send out and I love these, great as gifts or for yourself to learn more about places. I got them for near where I live and it’s full of things I didn’t know. Easy to follow, great idea- thank you!

I have ordered a few blue plaques as presents for people recently through Quiz trail. Massive thank you to Liz, Becky & Laura for doing a great job. Their response to my emails are super quick and always very flexible. Proofs are always sent out before the plaque goes into manufacture. Liz in particular is always there for me. The only thing i would say is that it would be nice if they were delivered in a nice presentation box. Other than that, very impressed! Thanks girls. Majella London

Helpful, friendly and understanding service

Quiz Trail provided outstanding customer care. Their prompt and amicable response to my order was impressive. They made sure I was completely satisfied with all details of the blue plaque prior to its creation. I was updated throughout, and the recipient was thrilled with the present. Highly recommended.

As a previous customer was glad to take up your offer. Because of the package size it came through the letter box which is great.
