No responsefrom company even after multiple emails from my side. requested the 30 day money back guarantee, heard absolutely nothing back. What is this???..... - is this a scam?

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
I have signed up for their Platnium VIP, but after hearing some of the recordings I saw that it is not what I need for my clients so I used my right to cancel my subscription before 30 days. Only after multiple email I got a repy that they have issued a refund. It is already more then 2 weeks and still NO MONEY back. So this looks like a very bad program. (It is my first time experience this with these type of websites!!!)
