My experience was one of excellent service from Peter.
I part exchanged my Audi Q3 for a Porsche. My dealing with Peter and Quirks was very open and fair, the process handled seamlessly the whole way through that instilled confidence in me as the customer. The other staff members I spoke to were very friendly. It’s easy to see why they have been in business for so many years. Very professional and would happily used them again, simply top class.

Excellent service from Ross, a great company to deal with, this is infact my 4th purchase from them. Cars are priced very well and great trade in price so it’s a win win situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Big shout out to endorse Quirks Car Company. I recently sold a used BMW to Quirks. Their professionalism, impeccable manners and outstanding communication was first class. Owner, Ross Quirk was in touch constantly to update me on collection date and the exact purchase process. His excellent comms' immediately put me at ease. The car was inspected by Quirks Chief Vehicle Inspector, Dan Herford. He was very professional and outlined the inspection process in great detail, helping me to better understand what he was seeing through his eyes in terms of the car's condition. He was very thorough but very transparent. Thankfully the BMW was in good condition and Dan was happy to sign off on the agreed price. He didn't try to 'kick tyres' and try to 'knock me down' last minute. Something I had been anxious about. I had furnished Quirks with numerous photographs in advance as part of the process and they made a valuation based on those photos, the service history and mileage etc. Even though the car was not new it obviously stacked up to their expectations. After the inspection, Quirks honoured their valuation and once Dan Herford & I had completed the paperwork, Ross instructed his team to transfer the agreed valuation amount straight into my account. Quick, professional, no last minute dramas and free from any unexpected twists and turns.

My wife and I purchased two cars from Quirks in the last 6 months. During that time we dealt with Peter, Chris and Ross who were all fantastic.

From our initial enquiry there was never any pressure on us to make a purchase. The team at Quirks provided a relaxing and personal approach to help us find the right car, all while providing enough tea and coffee to sink a ship.

Right from the beginning, staff at Quirks were great. Pete was amazing at being patient with me, answering all of my questions and supporting me through all of the process involved when purchasing my car. Max was also great. I felt absolutely no pressure at all to buy the car (which made me want to buy it more!) and this (as well as the car itself) is what made me want to buy from this sales team. I collected my car yesterday and honestly couldn’t be happier. As always fantastic customer service from Ross. This is the fifth vehicle we’ve purchased from Quirks and we’ve never been disappointed. The hand over was done by the “Old Boy”, Pete, who really couldn’t have been more lovely. The car is absolutely spotless and purrs like a kitten. Yet again I’m one very happy customer.

i was interested in a car which to me wasnt cheap we'd given details of our car for PX agreed our price.
we went to do the deal which was 4hrs away.
on arrival he took our car for a test drive saying hed had dodgy dealings with other customers.
he then scrutenised our car details which is fair enough but to the point where we felt like wed done something wrong.
and even talked of taking more money.
we said at one point well take our car back if hes not happy.
then suddenly everything was ok!!
i eventually got to look at the car finding the car cleaning poor at best the engine bay looked like it had been through muddy puddles.
when they say theyve cleaned a car i expect it to be spotless.
yes he cleaned the bay when i said but the point is i shouldnt of had to say anything.
id expect it to be done.
we found tar residue on the lower panels so the cleaning wasnt as thourough as it should be.
he didnt even have time to show us round the car.
shook hands and disappeared.
be interesting to see his reply!!

Pete was great from the day we first talked to the time he handed over the keys for the Kodiaq. The car was reasonably priced and in the condition described.

They made my sale of my car quick and easy. No rush to sort everything out.

After washing my car for the first time I noticed that the rear bumper was loose.Chris agreed to carry out the work under warranty.On washing the a second time some paint flaked off the car. Not the fault of Quirks. Chris agreed to sort without payment.
