Quiltnest Reviews

Quiltnest sucks. Do NOT order from this scam company! They advertise great-looking quilted items then send you crappy semi-quilted stuff. I ordered three table runners and what I received has about 1/10 of the quilting stitches shown in their ads. They do NOT give a refund unless your item gets damaged in delivery. I would rate them a ZERO if I could! I have a side-by-side comparison photo of what they advertise and what I received, but I don't see a way to include it here. Very disappointed!!

QuiltNest is a complete scam ..
Products are cheaply made not worth over $100+ dollars they scam you out of.
Products at Walmart are made nicer quality and least have padding.

Ordered an Antique Quilt for $158.00.
What showed up is nothing like what I ordered and payed for.

Scam - Scam - Scam don’t buy from QuiltNest.
They ship from Hong Kong . All Gooks ripping you off.

Worse took weeks for the order to arrive from Hong Kong .

Really cool products , quality work . Super good customer service and communication . My profession is customer service , sure love to see cool companies like Quiltnest with great products , great prices and service

The items do not look at all like pictured. I wrote a review trying to alert customers to this and they kept saying it was "under moderation". Scam company

If there was a zero I would give them zero stars. I ordered the antique bloom quilt and believed I was purchasing a hand made quilt made with quality and care. What I received was 2 thin pieces of fabric sewn together. I now see all the other people who have been scammed. I'm fighting for a refund.

The Quilt I ordered is beautiful. Colors are vibrant and fabric is easy to work with. I would order from this company again

I ordered antique bloom quilt and shams. The real quilt is sub standard and not at all like the photos. Large squares and thin material used. For what i paid this is not at all what I wanted.

If there was a 0 star option, thats what id give it! I ordered the antique bloom quilt in King size. It barely covers the mattress on a full size. It's like 2 thin pieces of fabric stitched together. It doesn't look any thing like the picture I ordered from.
I contacted the company, no ex changes, no refunds. I HATE it!@ worst online purchase ever!

False advertising. I received a product that looked nothing like what was advertised. I was led to believe I was purchasing a high-quality, handmade quilt. The order stated that shipping was expected in November, that it was being individually crafted with care and time. However, I paid September 21st and received the product on October 7th, what i received was clearly not handmade. The "quilt" or product rather, is thin, low-quality, and in my opinion, clearly mass-produced, made from cheap printed fabric with no fine stitchwork or artistry as shown in the original photos on their website, I do have photo's. Notice how not one of their five star customer reviews has one. This is a complete misrepresentation and false advertisement of the product I paid for. I was denied by the company for a refund. However, I was refunded after disputing the charge through my establishment. Please do not waste your time or money. Simply do a Google search: Quiltnest.

A zero if possible. I don’t understand the 5 stars!! Looks nothing like I ordered, took forever to get, cheap material and sewing. Refund policy is a joke.

High quality product met my expectations. Soft material is very comfortable for a sofa cover. The laundry basket is equally well done. Do wish they would offer some bigger sofa cover sizes

I ordered the Spring Meadow quilted laundry basket and am so pleased with the beautiful product. I have ordered two more baskets and am anxiously awaiting their arrival!

There was a shipment problem and I wrote about it with prompt and professional responses immediately received! The shipment arrived and I am delighted with the products I ordered!
