A vital part of the product I ordered was faulty.
A vital part of an expensive product I ordered was faulty. This resulted in parts having to be re-sent which delayed the project by a further 3 days.
Had the item been checked before despatch, the fault would have been found.
The customer service was good but my personal experience was not a positive one, hence the rating.
Responding to the comment left by Quill, The replacement item was not sent out the same day. I was told there was no one in the warehouse to despatch the replacement part. I received the original item on a Monday and did not get the replacement part till Thursday.
