never looking for another site for this again!!! <3
Saved me lots of time- it can help you write it, or it can correct writing issues as you're writing, and it's got a great humanizer and AI Detector! Highly recommended. It's super easy to use and it's reasonable what you get for free unlike many other websites. I'm going to use this for everything from work to personal ventures, If you're looking for something like what's been said? Look no further- it's awesome and just the best one I've ever used.

I have mild dementia
I have mild dementia, so sometimes I have a difficult time writing and communicating what I am thinking in the best way possible. Unfortunately , they have limited the number of times you can use it freely through the day. I don't remember there being so much of a restriction which makes it frustrating and disappointing that I have to pay for the help I need, and have freely received in the past.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I got hit with an auto-renewal charge after I thought I had already canceled my account almost a year ago. I reached out to customer service the same day I noticed the charge went through, and they told me that I had been sent an email 30 days prior, which I never received.
They then told me it was against their policy to issue a refund, even though I contacted them immediately after seeing the charge. They did say they would cancel my auto-renewal moving forward, but overall it was a really frustrating experience.
