Peter and his team were wonderful - right from the initial enquiry, site inspection pre-cleaning, and completing what we felt was an enormous job. They were kind, understanding and sympathetic - fantastic bedside manner dealing with what was for us a traumatic experience. I can't rate them highly enough. They even offered on-going mental health support.

Turned up when booked, communication throughout.
Did a good shift cleaning a kitchen that needed a good clean following being unused for 6 months and not been cleaned in god knows how many years

Absolutely Brilliant experience with this company.

I moved into a property described as 'well lived in' which was a bit of an understatement to say the least.

The team at Quidos came out swiftly after i contacted them, gave us advice and informed us of the services suitable to us
They then contacted with a quote which was fantastic and we booked in.

They arrived promptly and on time and began their work.
Despite seeing pictures of their previous jobs i was still a bit apprehensive as to what they could achieve given the state of what they had to work on.

Once they had completed i was blew away.
It is a new build home and they got it back to that, ready for the painter to come in.
Carpets and floors were gleeming like new. Bathroom had mould and was a mess in general they got it looking great again.
Place was fresh, clean and actually on the way to feeling like a home.

Would highly recommend.

I had fleas in the summer sadly brought in by a pet. They had me demented. Quidos came around and did a thorough clean and anhiliated them. They unfortunately came back which is the nature of stubborn fleas, not the companys fault. Quidos came for a second blast and get rid of them once and for all. It was a relief. Friendly staff and great service! Very reasonably priced too.

I have been using Quidos Cleaning Services for the cleaning work I have had requests for since early last year. They never fail to accommodate the cleaning service I require to a very professional standard. I truly believe there isn't a cleaning company out there that compares to Quidos Cleaning. There cleaning standard is always astonishing and could get any cleaner. The customers feedback is always more than positive so I never have to worry about the company I am using. Their health and safety practice is also very professional to the extent they conduct on site risk assessments no matter what setting they are required to clean. I would highly recommend Quidos Cleaning Services for any commercial or domestic cleaning you need. They have a diverse list of cleaning services that are delivered to the highest of standards. A relatively new cleaning company that will no doubt be one of the best in the North East.

Following the excellent deep-clean provided on 26 August, I had my first regular fortnightly clean today. Once again, it was Rachel and Vicki who attended and, once again, they worked like troupers.

I am very impressed with the standards that Quidos Cleaning demonstrate consistently. Not only is the cleaning work excellent but also the attitude and aptitude of the workforce. I must say, when Rachel and Vicki arrive, it is more like having a couple of good friends visiting rather than having contract cleaners in the home.

Nothing is too much trouble and both ladies are considerate of the fact that I have several dogs and they do not enter a room without knocking to see if it is convenient to enter first.

I have used the services of other cleaning companies in the past. Quidos, however, puts all others in the shade.

Beyond words, Excellent service and amazing customer service. My carpet was very filthy , but they clean it very nicely and i am very pleased with thier work and professionalism. I would recommend to go for them if you have choice.

After working endless hours from home and being mentally drained to do my own house clean I decided to call Quidos Cleaning Services to carry out a domestic deep clean. I was speechless with end result and I must say what a professional service. Thanks guys highly recommended.
