(1) WHAT DO WE DO? ​​Quiddity Group Ltd sources and buys below market value properties, refurbishes, rents, holds and manages them for the long term. ​ (2) INCOME: ​​We derive a steady income from our rental property portfolio.​ ​ (3) SERVICE: ​​ We offer outstanding level of accomodation to all of our tenants coupled with amazing service. On average our tenants stay for 5 years, with a few over 15 year. ​ (4) STABILITY & COST MANAGEMENT: ​ We have a great in-house team of tradesmen and property managers, who ensures our properties are maintained to very high standards. We are able to respond very quickly to an emergencies as well as keeping our costs down. On average the team have been with the group for over 10 years. ​ (5) GROWTH: We partner with investors to provide a win:win solution whereby the company offers fantastic returns which allows investors to maximise their savings / capital rather than the extremely low returns achieved through traditional banks.

Living in their property hospitalised me

Early 2023 the guttering broke which lead to it raining in my bedroom, this was reported but left unfixed and I was illegally evicted in October 2023 after returning from hospital from issues sleeping in a damp property. The landlord said this can't be fixed with ease as it needs a scaffholding and because of the balcony it was tricky,I seeked independant professional advice and had it confirmed that any skilled scaffholder could place this up with no issues.

Unfortuantly this is a company who will try to lie & blame tennants rather than take any responsibility.

Please avoid at all costs. Your health is'nt worth the risk. I put a review in Google with images but they've hidden it.
