My initial experience with Quicksilver was a good one. They worked with me on a variety of issues that I had. We were able to work everything out for the most part to produce a good product. Quicksilver is my go-to company for new injection molded projects. They consistently deliver on-time if not early. They're very responsive to questions and requests. My only "instructive" comment is to monitor the paperwork (though I have found I need to do that with any company). Great company!

Quicksilver Mfg is quick, reliable, and provides us with high quality service. I have been working with them for the past few years and have had great experiences all around.

Quicksilver really delivers! I've worked many off-shore (China, Singapore) molding companies and Quicksilver is one of our "go-to" manufacturers.

They have great communication skills, which is most important to my business. They are very attentive and reactive.

Another great quality about them is their honesty and ownership if something goes wrong. This isn't normally discussed in a review, but it's a reality for engineers like me. As you know, no project ever goes flawlessly. However, when you work with a company that isn't afraid to say, "hey, we didn't quite hit the mark, and this is what we're going to do to fix it"...you've found someone you can trust. I've received countless Inspection Reports from other off-shore companies that say their parts are "perfect", only to find out that they lied in their reports. Quicksilver doesn't lie...they are honest if a feature is out of spec and will notify you immediately so you can make a decision on how to mitigate it while you still have time to do something about it. Bad news doesn't age well...and a company that hides their mistakes can kill your project.

Lastly, their pricing and quality is excellent...which means I don't get the "bad news" very often.
