Based on our dealings with Quick Move Now, we would highly recommend them. The process was first class from start to finish. Our chain fell through right at the last minute and we risked losing the property we’d fallen in love with. Once we accepted the offer from Quick Move Now, they got the ball rolling immediately. We used the solicitor they recommended for ease and speed, who turned out to be excellent. Everything seemed straightforward and effortless, which really put us at ease. After months of feeling like we had no control with our previous chain, all of a sudden we were completely in the driving seat! Thank you so much Quick Move, moving to our dream house was only still possible because you stepped in at the last minute and did exactly what you said you would do from day one.
Sold my house quickly very helpful.thank you for the great service
This morning I had a gentleman call me about our house
He was very impolite negative when my husband spoke with him why call somebody if you don’t want to explain things yet they are supposed to be

I called this company and spoke to a member of staff and he said he would arrange for a local estate agent to come and evaluate my house. The estate agent came round and did his evaluations and left. I waited 2 days and had no response from quick move so I chased them up. I was informed that John is dealing with my house sale and he would call me back that day. I Never received a call and had no missed calls on my phone. So I sent an email and John replied saying he had called and couldn’t leave a message. But the kick in the teeth was this. The estate agent that evaluated my house was reported to have said he cannot put a price on my house therefore quick move will not make an offer. The same estate agent told me it’s worth 295-300k and that would be the price range he would tell quickmove. In my opinion quickmove are totally inept and very unprofessional when deal with a potential client and buying a house. After my real experience I cannot recommend them as they have failed to communicate professionally or send professional estate agents who can actually price a house. I have had to do all the chasing only to find out they will not be offering a price. I feel confused and annoyed as I had to do all the chasing. So if you sell to them expect to be constantly emailing and calling for updates

Peter

Unprofessional. I looked one property 2 week ago (these days still on market) I still waiting the agent to call me back about to view of the property. I hope never need to buy the house with they assistance. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It has been 3 months since Quick move had bought our bungalow. It was an easy transaction. What I cannot understand is is they give you market price, why is my old home on the market for £70,000 more than I received from them. Park home company did make up the shortfall by knocking the shortfall of of the price of the new ph.
I sold a 2 bedroom flat to Quick Move Now Ltd. Throughout the whole process the company simply could not be faulted. At all times they were open, transparent, helpful, polite and friendly. No question was too stupid for them to answer and all my phone calls were answered / returned in a timely fashion. At no point was I asked to sign any 'tie-in' contract prior to exchange. I used one of their recommended independent solicitors who was very efficient and who I felt always worked in my best interests. Once the company had made a formal offer there was no attempt to reduce it at the last minute. The entire process was virtually stress-free.
Quick Move Now don't hide the fact that they buy property at a discount but in return they offer speed and certainty versus the slow and uncertain traditional way of selling through the open market. In addition I did not have to pay any fees whatsoever, including legal fees because I had used one of Quick Move Now's recommended independent solicitors. I was looking for certainty of sale and as little stress as possible rather than outright speed although, In any case, the sale was considerably quicker than a traditional open market sale.
Based on my own experience I would wholeheartedly recommend Quick Move Now particularly if you are looking for a quick, certain and virtually stress-free sale. Take the time to look through their website which is transparent and informative. Last but not least - my thanks to Rhys and Jen who I dealt with at Quick Move Now.

So I have mixed feelings about this as Quick Move Now gave me advice about how dodgy similar companies could be that I think might have saved me from getting ripped off. However, they did offer me one amount and then suddenly drop it a week later by over 10% without looking at the house, saying that prices in my area had dropped. They had actually gone up significantly, as I found out when I used an estate agent. If you're going to use a quick sell company they do seem to be more trustworthy than others, but selling with an estate agent is incredibly fast at the moment and ultimately QMV did drop the price between the offer they made and the offer they wanted me to sign off on.

In their correspondence emails they warn about companies in this field. they say
"this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company!
• Drop their offer at the last minute - If a serious structural issue is raised during the survey, this may affect the offer price. However, a genuine home buyer would NEVER try to renegotiate their formal offer based on cosmetic concerns. "
This is exactly what they did so this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company!

These are my personal opinions, nothing has yet been proven in law , consider all as allegations. initially told a 240k valuation, ended up with 146k and joined forces with a trustee in bankruptcy to sell at a very low price in a forced sale. they conducted the sale without my permission or agreement. I lost all my tenants bringing in my income, I also lost my business working from home. They claim to be ethical? - 240k produced a 192k "indicative" offer then a" formal" offer 176k ( subject to survey) which surprise surprise brought the price down yet again to 146k which i was forced legally to take. I am now homeless. Thats how ethically generous they are - a near 60 yr old man, and his dog out on the street for all they care . and with no income. Not even an apology. Theyve got their money , I have contacted the fraud department of the police, And will be contacting several journalists until they pick up on the story. Even if it takes ten years. ( or more ) Even the first offer was going to cost £48,000 ( using their own figures) , they now say 240k was just an "indicative " offer, so does that mean not real then ?) the valuer is the same one they use regularly , lets estimate a valuer ( for any housebuying company) does 3 valuations a week , estimate his income from this one contract £1000 a week, but would that company keep coming back to him if he gave higher valuations? Imagine he valued slightly too high, and the company lost money on the sale, he'd likely lose the contract likely costing him , hundreds of future valuations, so the temptation will , I would think always be low. Valuers want to keep their job, and income, erring on the side of safety would I think the norm No accusations,no implications - just common sense. - personal opinion. In my case it was low apparently due to it needed minor repair /redecoration , and something to do with room sizes ? but theyd already done comparables in the first and second offers. however . as a developer i could have redecorated easily for around 5k, and my ex tenants will say they were happy. in my opinion ( and i was a property developer) you may possibly get a much better deal, ( and price) at auction, they also want quick sales , and many, many sales take place before the auction, so you could get a sale within a day of them advertising on rightmove. Auctions are reputable and if two people really want your property you can end up with a price aproaching or even exceeding its normal sale price, Auctions and estate agents have lists of developers they will ring if you home is even just a few thousand undervalue , it will likely get snapped up very quickly , and youll be paying maybe 1 or 2% not 15 to 20% ! With as little as perhaps 30 -40k , you could perhaps buy a flat at auction rent it out remotely through an agent and sit back and collect maybe £80 to £100 a week in rent for the rest of your life and your childrens life, donate it to charity , there are children starving in the world, humans and poor animals being cruelly abused, babies dying of malnutrition, people dying of cancer, spend your money wisely , your local church, dont give it away to people you dont know, and who are out simply to profit from your desire to sell quickly . These are practiced professional people who will be very very friendly with you , but for several thousand pounds - most people will be friendly. My opinions and advice are free. Use your money to do good in the world. you will be rewarded with the happiness you bring . chris - chris charnock @ campervans2004 twitter

“ I needed to sell my property relatively quickly so needed to use a company that could finalise the transaction quickly and that had cash reserves to do so. I recommend Quick Move Now - there's no messing around they made me a fair offer for my home. Obviously it was below market value but it allowed me to move quickly and for that I am thankful. They’re genuine cash buyers (unlike many of their competitors who say they are and you find out they’re not right at the last moment and try and reduce the offer)… I dealt with Sayman Fell and Rhys Luke and I couldn’t be happier . “

Everything was handled really well from initial contact right through to completion. The whole process was painless and I was kept informed throughout. All paperwork was done in the space of a week which meant that they were completely flexible around completion dates.

We were looking to move house with as little stress and as much control as possible, and Quick Move Now enabled us to do that. It isn't for everyone, as of course they will offer lower than market value (in our case it was about 82%), but it worked for us.
We were in no financial desperation to sell (which seems to be what people think house buying companies are for), we just wanted to have an offer on our house (that was mortgage free) so we could use it to support an offer on another house that we did not want to miss out on. With houses being sold in about 2 weeks after being put on the market, if we sold our house the traditional way, we may have missed out. These days, just to view a property, you need to prove you are in a buying position, so we needed an offer on our house and fast. We are now in the house we wanted, a nicer house in a better location, and there are no regrets.
Rhys, and the company in general were easy to deal with. The initial estimated offer was a fair bit higher than the offer after the valuation. The inaccurate initial offer was nothing less than I expected - the property was neglected so needed a lot of work, and also the street, and the surrounding streets have some of the lowest values in town, so it needed a local estate agent to correctly value it, and although their valuation was less than I expected it was only slightly less, so when the final offer (subject to survey) was made, as it was only slightly under what I was hoping, so we accepted it. Just to add to this, there was no reduction of this offer after the survey, and there was no reduction of offer at any point during the process. Quick Move Now have a reputation that they stick to their offer, which is why we chose them, so this was pleasing.
The solicitor they assigned to us to act for our sale were great. The only negative was that in the beginning I felt a bit rushed, as I was told that if the sale does not take place within 10 weeks of the offer being accepted then they may need to revalue the house. This did cause a bit of unnecessary worry especially as there were a couple of issues with our onward purchase, however as things are with the housing market at the moment with prices going up fast, in the back of my mind I was confident that they would remain patient, which they did.
All in all, we are pleased with the service, pleased we made the decision to use Quick Move Now, and although it won't be for everyone, I hope our experience shows that it could prove useful for those who want to minimise stress and have more control over their house move.

I looked into “ house buying companies” and there reviews ,for my son who’s buyer had pulled out .
After being recommended by “The Advisory “ I called Quickmovenow and spoke with Rhys Luke, who was completely up front with everything and explained the whole situation in them purchasing my sons property .
After deciding to go with them , from start to finish Everything was done professionally and they did exactly what they said .
The solicitor they gave us to use was excellent ,and if it wasn’t for him we would never had completed before the stamp duty holiday ended .
If you get told by a company they will give you 90% of the market value , don’t believe them , you may not get the amount you’d like for your property , but , Quickmovenow will do exactly what they say and complete when they say .
A true 5 Star company who I’d highly recommend.
Excellent service throughout
Quick Move provided excellent service and support from our initial enquiry. Everything was explained in detail and the progress was smooth. I would recommend them to anyone as a company to use with trust.

We used Quickmove Now Ltd. for a fast and straightforward sale of my late parents house. From start to finish it was simple, we were given honest answers and contact was very easy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

After 2 sales falling through at the last moment, we were desperate to sell our apartment but very wary of house buying sites. This one was recommended by The Advisory, so we thought we’d give it a go. Of course the price is much lower than market value -it has to be- but they took all the stress, completed in 14 days, were very straightforward and easy to deal with and as good as their word from start to finish.
