I had a problem accessing my forms and the man dealt with it professionally and with total respect, I appreciate his time going through the next steps with me in such a positive and empathetic manner

Total waste of money, each of the forms they sent were missing information and I had to redo them myself with the court. When I complained about the service I was told they are a drafting company.

Unfortunately the forms they did draft were incorrect or out of date by the time I received them.

An expensive lesson learned. Easier to just complete the forms available on the hmrc website

Response was quick. just a quick call for an update. Chevron was very helpful, friendly and very professional.. had all my information at hand in a very short time... thank you!

Totally disappointed. I got the premium service for £299 for piece of mind . How wrong was I. Still got court fees (£159) to pay and also a notary (£65)
So be very careful using this service. I would probably been paying the same by going to a local lawyer direct or even downloading the forms directly from the courts
I only gave it one star because you can't give a no star. Complete rip off .
You get the same forms in the £199 as the £299. The only difference is they fill it in for you. So save yourself money and tick the boxes yourself

Only completed Stage 1 so far, but really straight forward. When I rang to ask a question. The procedure was explained thoroughly & I was very satisfied with everything

Well. Paid £699 for a service you can do for yourself for free, so decided against using them. 6/7 phone calls later, still no refund.
The main thing that was off-putting was being blatantly lied too the day before sending the £699, "send the £699, the court fees will be £612 also another £40 for the clean break, we don't need the court fees for 4/5 weeks" the next phone call accepted my £699, then went on to say they cant process anything without the other £652 court fees.
Still no refund and apparently now getting a call back,fast enough to lie and take the money, dragging there feet to pay it back, AVOID
UPDATE: I now have the refund, after filling out the forms on gov.uk (15 minutes in total,) I found out that there's no extra £40 fee for the clean break aswell, it's just £612 in total without paying the £699. if you have the marriage certificate it's really quick and simple to do. I was also told the £399 took upto 12 months to process but the £699 only takes 6/7 months, a friend of mine sadly had to use the gov.uk website for his divorce and it was a 2 month turn around. I and my partner have both received calls from quickie divorce (or endeavor law) to take this review down....

Superb service. Advice given when asked for and well informed. No hidden costs and up front. Divorce can be daunting and expensive but this company makes is a manageable and less fraught thing.

Do not use this company.

I initially spoke to a very helpful lady who recommended that I use their premium Financial Order service (£499) as there were multiple properties to deal with and I wanted a fast service. I was told 2 weeks was likely timescales.

2 months later after many emails and many irrelevant and duplicate questions, no documents were produced. It is impossible to speak to anybody in this company, apart from the sales team - who just give you a number that is never answered.

Quickie divorce try and give the impression that the documents are written by experienced solicitors and lawyers. This is not the case as they are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation authority and all they due is "Draft" documents.

I made a successful S75 claim due to not providing the contracted services and got a full refund from my credit card provider. Quickie Divorce did not contest the claim.

I then used a competent local solicitor who completed all documents in 5 days that were approved by the court.

Don’t waste your time and money with this incompetent and scam organisation.

Chevron was excellent! He was clear and concise and allowed me to explain my situation in detail. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured for the call to end. Chevron has helped put my mind at ease.

A great call with Chevron who was amazing during our telephone call. Informative, understanding and genuinely couldn't do enough to help.

Would highly recommend the service.

They have no clue about divorce procedures and i paid £300 which they ask me to pay and they didn’t even give proper instructions and i ended up just paying for nothing and i had to go to court for proper advice and told by court you can’t use this procedure and had to do all again
Mislead you bczz they are not professionals
You can get better directions from court and chat gpt
Just wast of money 😡
