Being a new customer moving my hosting to quickhosts, I had a few problems but the knowledge of the support staff and the response times are the best i have ever experienced in 20 years of dealing with hosting companies responses and fixes are minute's not hours and if there is a delay they keep you updated as to progress.

Very good support experience!
VPS was delivered immediately. There was a minor issue therefore I contacted support. I was surprised that the ticket was worked on within a few minutes, and resolved within five minutes. Very, very responsive support. I am impressed!

Worst service in the world
Worst service in the world. Avoid as you don't want to get upset. They closed my VPS for no reason, all the work was in vain. I could not even make a backup. Lost time. Never again. Who writes all these positive reviews? They?

I took a small VPS from them. That worked fine and no problems, however, could not do what I wanted as the IP range was blocked for Iplayer. No problems with ceasing the service. Customer service has been very quick to respond to my queries.

Short use, no problems from supplier
Had a VPS from them for a short while, unfortunately I could not use it as I wished (everything to do with BBC and not QuickHost). The VPS worked fine, support staff were quick to respond and helful

One of the best hosts ive used....
One of the best hosts ive used in years. Server speeds are as good as you will need for any normally functioning site. Costs are reasonable and the support service is prompt and hasnt failed me yet.

Seemed like a good setup
Seemed like a good setup - lots of functionality - but very slow once in WordPress. Installing and activating a simple plugin took ages and then failed once loaded. Not good for WordPress users.

Where do I start.....
Where do I start? I was looking for a cheap alternative from Microsoft Azure to host a couple of low traffic non-profit web sites, I also wanted full file system access, ideally Windows. I discovered Quick Host UK by chance and took out a monthly subscription for a 4 vCPU, 4GB RAM and 50GB SSD solution. It was extremely easy to set up, I was also impressed that the OS install was vanilla, with nothing added that THEY thought I might need. I paid the extra £2 for the Gigabit network connection, more so because I’ve never experienced that speed. However, the speed has never hit nowhere 1GB, and does wildly fluctuate throughout the day, but it’s faster than 100Mb downstream and about 90Mb up, so all in all for less than £20 per month, it’s a really good deal. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service and fantastic price. I wasn't sure if I made the right choice before I purchased QuickHostUk package but from the time I created my first VPS I have never looked back.
As long as you have a good understanding on the provisioning of hosting services then this service is the perfect solution for your hosting needs.
Their O/S is very easy to use and providing you have knowledge of creating a hosting system, install a O/S like plesk (which is available in their platform) and then create accounts with the installed O/S then visiting QuickHostUk is the best option in my opinion.
