From the first deal working together, found Sean to be great at taking everything in which stands him in good stead for future projects. So much so I decided to approach him fo project manage all of my refurbs for clients. Very on the ball with project management and liaising with clients.

Above and Beyond Expectations
We used Spalding Property Solutions to source properties for us twice last year. We were looking for a specific criteria that was proving tricky to find for the first one. Within a couple of weeks Sean Spalding had a deal for us that we were delighted with. The company’s assistance with the conveyancing and other admin of the transaction was extremely helpful and Spalding Property Solutions then quoted and completed the refurb for us also. Altogether it was such a smooth experience from start to finish that we didn’t hesitate to return to them for the next one. We were delighted to receive a higher rental than expected and believe that is due to the high level finish of the property. We highly recommend this team.
