I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting pierced here! The studio is incredibly clean and sterile, and the staff made me feel entirely relaxed and welcome. They are highly professional, meticulous, and take a genuine interest in getting everything just right.

Myself and extended family has been using Kerry’s services for a while and now we would not use anyone else.
Kerry recently fitted two new (main bathroom and en-suite) toilets for me, not your usual straight forward fits but both highly technical. He not only recommend the most suitable units but arranged with the most helpful Stephanie (in charge of the office) to order and have them delivered to my house.
He removed the old and fitted the new units without any issues what so ever, a true Master of his Craft.
Kerry is highly professional, efficient, reliable and ethical in all his dealings, a true gentleman. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I have already booked him to fit my new boiler.

I was recommended this company by a neighbour and, from start to finish, I have been extremely satisfied with the service. When Kerry visited to provide a quote for replacing my boiler and radiators, his knowledge was immediately apparent. He offered helpful advice, practical suggestions and some thoughtful ideas. The quote was reasonable and was sent through promptly and professionally by Stephanie, who manages the administrative side and is highly efficient.
Once the work commenced, Kerry and his team proved to be hardworking, reliable, and professional. Kerry worked in a calm, methodical and well-organised manner, which was very reassuring to me as a customer. Kerry was approachable, happy to explain the process and willing to answer any questions. Kerry installed our new boiler (with all the necessary ancillary works), replacing an ancient cast iron monster (a challenge, but successfully removed from site). When Kerry came to quote, his extensive knowledge was evident, and he showed great integrity, using his professional knowledge to recommend the best boiler for our specific needs, not simply the easiest to install. He took time to field our questions and explain clearly what was needed.

Kerry is committed, works long and hard, is focussed, incredibly efficient and achieves a phenomenal amount in a day - then at the end of a long day, Kerry calmly and patiently takes the time to explain everything in terms that the layman can understand. He also returned soon after installation to address snagging.

Kerry and team successfully protected our floors, walls and carpets, and the work was completed with minimal disruption.

He is extremely professional and honourable – he sticks to his original (very competitive) quote. He takes pride in his work and is very customer-focussed, going above and beyond to find the right solution (eg sourced us black flue pipe). He is a lovely guy, and along with Stephanie who efficiently manages all the admin, was a pleasure to deal with.

The entire process of installing a new boiler in our home was perfect.

When a radiator valve started leaking some time after installation, Kerry returned to replace it with a new valve so we highly recommend him for his professionalism.

It's rare to find a very good plumber who is both efficient and reliable.. Kerry was all these. Nothing was too big or too small as we had a lot of jobs for him to complete. He completed all the work to an amazing standard, made time to do it and remained calm and collected throughout. Highly recommended.

I had an old back boiler system in place. Kerry came and re located a new combi boiler along with 6 new radiators. Fitted new pipe work as well as putting the pipe inside the wall. High quality finish and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommended

Kerry and his colleague came last Saturday to bring up my Central Heating pipes from under the floor to floor level throughout my flat.
What a wonderful service I received from them from the initial visit to estimate the work to be done right through to the completion of the job. Kerry was so reassuring, friendly and considerate and clearly highly skilled. The work was completed in one day as they worked very hard for 10hrs l or so without stopping. Such commitment - I was so impressed also with the time and trouble they took to clean up and put all the furniture back. I am so very impressed with this service-all completed at a very competitive price. I will definitely recommend Quickfix heating Ltd to everyone I know. I needed to replace my old boiler urgently as it failed the gas service and was not safe to use anymore. I have two toddlers and you can imagine how difficult it is to live without the supply of hot water for days. Thanks to the Quickfixheating team, everything was reassuring, for example, the time for response was quick, the quote was reasonable and the explanation was clear.
