Simple easy and quick

I was assisted by Brad Wilson who was kind, patient and very helpful in every way. Brad guided me every step of the way confidently and put my mind at ease. He communicated very clearly and made sure I had all the necessary information. The whole process was made much more bearable by Brad’s immeasurable assistance!

They stopped replying after purchase,zero customer service , have sent several messages since the 18th of March up to this day still no reply.

I was told I was 100% accepted for car finance , chose a car waited and then was told I wasn’t accepted by that lender , so went with another lender , I had to chase Ford up myself to collect the car , then booked to collect car one day and was the told half hour before by jay at quick car finance that I couldn’t collect car and had to wait another day ,
I was lied to many times and the hole process was so long and very stressful , I’ve never had car finance like it ,
When I did go to collect the car , I waited two hours at the dealer waiting for the finance to be paid , I then had to chase with the car finance up and they said the money was paid hours ago , then Ford was looking for a payment from quick car finance , and actually they had to look for a different company name , so all along the finance was paid , so I was messed around and I waiting all because the communication was bad between quick car finance and Ford .
Jay was very rude to me and I felt very disappointed and it made me regret ever starting the finance .

Ben was excellent, he was really informative, friendly and got the job done well.
