Prices keep skyrocketing. I tried to cancel on the day of renewal, when I was already charged, was told by the agent they couldn't initiate a refund, then told they could. But then I got an email denying my request.
Never activate payment via Intuit. It allows fraudulent chargebacks
If you are a small business that provides services and has larger invoices to get paid, do not use their credit card payment system. It is completely unsafe and unprotected. The client can easily request a chargeback and be awarded one. Intuit wont do anything about it.

Call the toll free number.. The person I was speaking to was asking alot personal questions during our conversation trying to figure out why it wouldn't accept the license code, I suspect i was using window 10 instead of window 11, this young gentlemen said I has a trojan.. I would need to buy the trojan scanner from amazon.. I sent me the prices and was very pushy on this product at ~$300 for 3 years or $700 for the life of the PC.. I told him i wasn't interested... kept asking why not, I told him it's not his business to know why not.. Then he abruptly hung up.. very rude... I believe he wanted my CC # I suspect INTUIT to be scaming people. I would never use their product again.. I do have programs to protect my PC ... Be aware, there was a program on TV a few years back on them about works getting your CC#..
Horrible Customer Service!
Would give 0 stars like everyone else. I've been a customer for 4 years now and the platform is good to manage client invoices, payments, etc... What drives me insane is that they have 0 customer support. It has you talk with a robot - then you FINALLY get to the "more contact" prompts NONE of the links work they only redirect to an error page. They are obviously doing this on purpose to save money on customer service. I will now look for an alternative company.

They just announced another price increase of almost $50 a month more. I am now up to $218 a month for a small business with 5 employees. I used to buy the Desktop edition on disk for a couple hundred every couple of years, now they are charging me that per month and its the exact same product as it was in 2006 when I started using it. They are out of control with their price increase. Last price increase doubled, now this. Disgusting business practice. I am going back to paper accounting because of this.

The worse ever!! They've put my account on hold to later find out they have closed my account and still have my funds. Will never deal with them again. And if they don't release my funds lawsuit for sure.

Was giving this a try for our shop, but I'm pulling my account... Hearing they hold your funds and leave you on hold for hours is a dealbreaker. Running a Mom and Pop shop is hard enough without them constantly changing the layout so you have to relearn it. I can't risk my livelihood on bad Customer Service. Taking my business elsewhere.

Qwickbooks is witholding funds.
The absolute worst customer service scam company. The payments feature is a scam to keep your money as long as possible. It takes 2 minutes to scan the necessary docs, and they claim they need days to review and more days to release funds. QuickBooks is being left behind in the age of AI, or maybe it's on purpose!!! 2-hour wait on the phone, minimum. Really?

Not to be used!
My company has been using QuickBooks for over 20 years. Recently, we experienced our first incident in which a client received two checks in the same week due to a case of financial exploitation that is currently under investigation.
However, QuickBooks has since terminated our ability to utilize direct deposit for our employees. They have also canceled our ability to accept payments, pay our taxes, and revoked our line of credit. I have called QuickBooks multiple times and spent over two hours on hold, speaking with several representatives, but have received no resolution.
As a result, I am now forced to find new software at the last minute in order to process payroll. After more than two decades as a customer, being treated this way does not reflect the standard of customer care that a long-time client should expect.
Stop changing it!
Every time I get used to how to use it, they change the flapping platform completely and I have to relearn it. It is super counter productive and frustrating.

Paying for services that do not work properly, they never have a resolution to my issues. Having trouble with it since last year Oct. They recommend to upgrade to fix the problem, it makes no sense. Trying to get a manager on the line is horrible! The only thing that works properly is payroll.

Intuits laser focus on fiddling at the peripherals to the detriment of everything else. Delivery documentation is totally ignored whilst they dither about with a UI that is horrible. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE MAIN POINT OF BUSINESS IS TO EFFICIENTLY GET GOODS AND SERVICES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND IF YOU ARE A GOODS SUPPLIER AT LEAST 50% OF THAT INVOLVES PURCHASING AND DELIVERY DOCUMENTATION. NO PRODUCT CODES ON D/NOTES IS A JOKE. Five years asking for this to be amended only to be given a work around by putting the product code in the description. I cant believe we pay these fools.

This product just keeps getting worse.....
I had an error on invoice uploading for 220 invoices. I was on the phone with 3 different teams of escalation for 2.5 hours. In the end, they acknowledged the error was on their end but refused to help fix the actual invoices and said I had to manually use a work around on each of the 220 invoices to solve the problem. I tried to get a manager on the phone, after asking 5 times one finally came on, only to have no decision making capacity and they were no help at all. They charge more and more for the product and it just gets worse. I have done this upload many times with no issue. They make changes that are not well vetted and they have no ability to resolve them in a realistic timeframe.
