I scheduled an appointment with you on 11/22/24 @ 1:10 pm. I registered with my correct info and address. YOUR system gave me the option of scheduling an appointment with a provider NOT licensed in my state. I got all the way through the appointment and THEN the Doctor told me that she could not write a prescription. She told me she was sending you an email and I would not be charged. She told me to log out of the app and back in and I could IMMEDIATELY schedule with another provider and I would not be charged again. #1 I was charged a second time PLUS a cancellation fee. AND there were no other appointments available until 5pm. I want my money back and I want it now. This was YOUR fault. I put in my correct address when scheduling. She also told me I should have had to upload my ID which I did not have to do. I am so upset with my experience. People come to you for help. You should be ashamed of yourself

I am the type that is shy and hate physical examinations. my joy knew no bound when a friend introduced quick.md to me. Their service is flawless, relatively cheap and you get consultation within a short period of time without the stress of having to leave the comfort of your home. I recommend!

I have used quick MD for over 2 years with no problem I had surgery too months ago and was transitioning from Subutex to Suboxone I was out of Subutex this is last Thursday had an appointment and the doctor never called me no more appointments on Thursday none on Friday not until this afternoon on Saturday however the doctor called today and hung up on me I've been out without the Suboxone for 3 days now so sick throwing up diarrhea all the bad stuff that comes with it the shaking the drooling the horriblest of it all and I'm by myself so I went and had a script build because I didn't know what else to do I was so sick until I could get my Suboxone doctor hung up on me because I had my script filled because I have been without Suboxone for 3 days and if anybody knows what that's like it's hell I never even wanted the script it was sitting there for two months if I had wanted it I could have gotten it filled but I didn't however I was desperate because I was so sick and this is the most unprofessional and it was Dr Seymour unprofessional just hang up on me don't give me a chance to explain don't explain to me nothing don't use these people they won't respond your money either they just kept it both times they kept my money so that's $200

I love that quick.md brings the doctor to you. It's very affordable compared to regular doctors, or ER visits. It's wonderful having the option to use insurance also.

They are unprofessional and childish. I missed a call that THEY were late on by 30 minutes. They wanted to charge me full price. The doctor said I should get a partial refund and I asked for one. Apparently that pissed them off and they canceled my appointment. All over $40. Fine Quick MD. I’ll simply go to the next 100 online docs.

I personally avoid the hassle of going to the emergency room, even when I think that I most likely should. So being able to see a doctor, get a diagnosis, and even my prescription filled within the same day is a dream come true! I also appreciate that I can choose whether to speak to a doctor via video or on the phone, and that even if an individual doesn't have insurance, they can still use the app. I am able to quickly connect if needed, or I can schedule an appointment so this app really works around my time. I am excited to put this app to use the next time I feel that an E.R. trip is needed!

I think quick.md is an awesome service bc it's convenient and affordable

I really enjoyed my experience using this app service. I think telehealth is really important, especially if you're having severe pains that making driving difficult. I was having severe lower back pain and I couldn't drive. I used this service and was connected with a doctor quickly. I was able to point my phone's camera at the area where I was having pain and the doctor told me there looked to be an abscess. The visit with the doctor went really well and I was able to have the anti-biotics sent to my normal pharmacy for my boyfriend to pickup. The app was also very user-friendly. I would absolutely recommend this for my friends and family.

I don’t know if this place is fraud or just bad customer service. I made a payment and scheduled an appointment with a provider. The doctor was so rude and in the middle of the consult he just hung up. If you ever have an option to choose Dr.Maggison please don’t. Not only did they take my money and refuse to provide me any additional information, I’m without the medication that I paid for. $290+ dollars just gone !!! They didn’t offer a refund or simply credit my account so I can schedule with a different provider. I’m so lost right now.. It’s not an option to speak with a live person, which makes the situation much worse.

I think this is a great idea , it would make things way more practical, with everyone’s busy lives being able to make a doctors appointment ,or being able to pick your medication up in minutes all from your own home would be great !!
