QuestKit makes card games for teams at work. Our first game, Client Quest, is a co-op roleplaying card game for client-facing teams: agencies, account and project managers, customer success, sales and HR/L&D teams. Players take turns as the Client, the Project Manager and the Moderator, and practice the hardest client moments safely: scope creep, vague feedback, panic calls. The box has 10 client personas, 40 strategy cards and 20 scenarios. A round takes about 15 minutes, and up to 30 people can play. Client Quest was made and play-tested by agency professionals in Bangkok, Thailand. We also run in-company Client Quest workshops in Bangkok for teams of 5 to 30 people. Super helpful for introverts

I learned a lot from my peers as we take turns taking different roles. As an introvert, communicating with clients is especially difficult. This game serves as my meeting rehearsal and gets me prepared for challenging situations. Also it's so satisfying to use all cards on my hand. My confidence's been boosted

I've been working with the QuestKit…

I've been working with the QuestKit team for almost a year now. I first reached out to them because I work in education and wanted my students to gain practical experience working with clients.

Jonathan and Toon understood what my students needed and created a customised workshop using their cards, which was probably one of the highlights for my students!

What I really like about working with them is that they listen to your needs and adapt their workshops accordingly. You can also buy the cards and use them with your own team, which is a great way to keep learning and improve teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

I'd definitely recommend QuestKit to anyone looking for creative and engaging ways to develop their team!
