I have used Quest to train my employees for over 10 years now. The support my staff get is amazing. They go above and beyond for each member. Trish has been a constant for all that time and will always put myself and staff at ease.
Information is clear and accurate. All staff from admin through to tutors have been so helpful, kind and attentive. The staff really listen to your companies and students needs which is not always the case. A good example of this is an apprentice at our setting that is very hard of hearing and struggles online to hear. The tutor has been so kind and accommodating ensuring that she visits the setting to ensure face to face sessions. This has made the apprentice feel so much more comfortable. We would not use anyone but Quest going forward.
