Very unprofessional and dodgy company stay away
Cappuccino organisation .. all froth and no coffee. 5 years on the building has fault after fault and queensbridge homes continue to duck and dive . Avoid at all costs to you
I bought a new built that was delivered one year after it was due to be completed. A gold spec was promised but more than 2 years later and we are still struggling to get anyone to communicate properly and they just said that they werent aware of the gold spec promised by the sales team. I have all the documents, emails and correspondence where they promised a specific spec on the property and have not delivered. The company that does the warranty on the building says we needed to report everything within 6 months to them, ICW directly even though I have followed protocol that was specified by Queensbrige Homes. I have reported it in a few weeks but they said we needed to contact the warranty company called ICW directly within the first 6 months. This issue is ongoing. Avoid buying homes at all cost from this company.
I recently purchased an off-plan apartment with Queensbridge, I was a little apprehensive at first as I hadn't considered off-plan before but the team were great and held my hand throughout. I hope to purchase some more units with them in the future.
Avoid avoid. Huge COWBOY builders purchased several from them and none are any good. Family business brought them and having a terrible time
I invested for the first time in an off-plan development. Completion was over a year behind the advertised date, valuation came in more than 10% below the purchase price, and the unit was poorly finished. When I reached out for advice, no one responded. More than disappointing and a far cry from how they portray their firm.
We bought an off plan in 2019 to be completed by 2021. However, we are yet to receive our flat nor our initial deposit when requested as per the contract.
The company is hard to chase as does not respond to telephone contact, emails and letters. Proceed with caution and if possible avoid this company!!!
Cowboys. I have bought several properties and everyone is a disaster. A leaking flat roof has caused damage inside one house and Queensbridge aren't interested, they put the fences in the wrong place on two properties and the land registry are about to cancel my registration. Queensbride won't even reply to emails or calls. I put a deposit down in 2018 for an off plan house which they still have no start date for. All I get is lies. The dives outside one house were made with no sand and have now all sunk into the mud. Everything to do with Queensbride has been a financial disaster. They are the ultimate cowboy builders.
Very happy overall with the apartment and the finish. Obviously everything isn't perfect but managed to get a free coffee machine as they didn't charge me for it in the end. Good customer service but did take a couple calls to get through to someone.
I bought an apartment (off-plan) from Queensbridge Homes, nearly 18 months ago.
They haven't delivered on promised appliances/items, other things have seemingly not been wired in at all, and there are leaks etc etc.
I would expect a certain degree of plaster cracking after a year and a half, from a new build property 'settling', but with the amount of cracking that has occurred, it would indicate to me that the whole place has just been poorly built.
I'm still chasing them up by email to this day (cc-ing in every contact I have for them), and I'm being ignored or getting the occasional single sentence response that ignores most of my questions. I've been advised that others who bought in the same apartment block are having the same experience with them.
I have serious regrets about purchasing with them, and would warn others not to.
Proceed with caution! My son (first time buyer) was hoping to purchase an apartment in Ramsgate, from Queensbridge homes, after eight months of getting nowhere and empty promises, my son was left with no choice than to pull out!! He then had to proceed with a claim through the claim's procedure to get his £2000.00 deposit back!! Please be careful when dealing with this company.
I appreciate construction has been challenging over the last 2 years, and work patterns have changed. This company prides itself on quality. My experience is that there is an excessive turnaround of staff, they backtrack on things they agree upon via email, they do not delivery on deadlines and need immense chasing up, and they do not action any snagging requirements from their sales. I would never work with them again.
