They give you 14 days to return your item to china and you have to pay the shipping !!

My Order got canceld, two hours after I ordert because the payment was still missing. I don't know why you can choose after delivery payments if it dosen't work.

Hello, you choose Klarna as payment method, but we didnt received any paymanet, so the system automatically cancelled the undpaid order after 2 hours. Every customer gets a confirmation email after placing the order and if you choose Klarna as payment method, you get an Klarna-Link in the Email, whit whom you need to verify the payment. Sie haben darauf sofort negativ reagiert, dass uns Ihre Telefonnummer nichts angeht, das dies eine Unverschämtheit ist, das wir Betrüger sind und das Sie rechtliche Schritte gegen uns ergreifen. Wir haben Ihnen also angeboten, dass wir die Bestellung stornieren und Ihnen den Betrag zurückerstatten, was wir auch gemacht haben. Absolutely disgraceful
I placed an order then waited weeks for it to arrive. When it arrived the boots were of poor quality and didn't fit. I asked for a refund and offered £12 or I could return at the cost of £12. I choose a £12 refund, £10 less than I had paid. Was told it would be refunded within 30 days and have had nothing back. Email address is no longer receiving messages!! Do not buy from here.

Honestly, amazing service! Loved how they sent the package all the way to the Netherlands. Received the package in about 3 days. The jacket I bought was in mint condition and properly packaged. I appreciated the quality service.
