This site is a total disDisgraceful service - An insult to Queen's legacygrace

This site is a total disgrace. I have been waiting for ages for an order that was never going to arrive. I regularly receive parcels from much further across the globe in a fraction of the time it took this store to do... absolutely nothing.
​It is an insult to the band Queen. This service doesn't even come close to the excellence and professionalism that Freddie Mercury stood for. They are dragging his memory through the mud just to make money. Shameful. Do not order from here.

Very bad customer service i had the wrong item hardly any cooperation either them even though numerous emails I will be taking this further if no response btisn and Roger should be looking in to this store and bad management

Despite advance ordering no order one week after release date.

Ordered the 50th anniversary releases of Bohemian Rhapsody on all formats over 4 weeks before release date and still nothing 6 days later.
Having contacted customer support was replied with a generic email stating that "there has been a delay in some/all of the items".
I've now requested to cancel this order and certainly wouldn't think of buying from them ever again.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, no option to speak to someone via phone all emails take 5 days to respond but they actually respond much later and then they still do not update you about the order, they tell you to reply if you still need help and repeat this process over and over again. I ordered the second week of December in plenty of time for Christmas delivery as stated on the website I have still not received the item, they just say that they are busy. I will never order from them again, my Dad is a huge Queen fan so the whole family has used this site for many years the past year we have all received the same terrible service - we have agreed that going forward we will be using other sites!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU EVER WANT YOUR ITEM

PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Finally had a reply from them!
They have confirmed that they do not stock any of the items on their website. They take your money and then one day you might be lucky if the item is ever produced by someone you might get it. They said they come direct from a supplier and they have no delivery dates, no stock dates and no idea of when anything might, if ever, be available. I have this in writing from them. How is this allowed? So please ignore the site saying an item is in stock, what I ordered is still showing as stock and they have just confirmed that they have absolutely no idea if or when it might ever be available.
My child used his own money to purchase a birthday present for someone who is a massive Queen fan with one months notice and now he is left out of pocket with no item.
Please please do not waste your money on this site.

Takes monies before they have goods in stock!

Order Queen1452 on 5th October
Through Queen online part of UK universal music group

Shown as available

Since then no despatch advice up to 18 October

Chased now 3 times on contact form, final chase seeking to raise as complaint

Not impressed with this service

After using online chatbot, seems as though my item was out of stock when I ordered, however they did not advise and still took monies before having the stock to which they are not sure yet when delivery will be received from their supplier

Meanwhile any contact forms were ignored

Lady online was helpful in providing update but just not good enough

20th October and still no updates since last online chat!

Today 22nd October I CANCELLED the order no support no communication take monies before they have goods !!
If you have ordered good luck 😩😩😩

Just gone to music magpie brand new 10 in stock ordered immediately bet faster than this bunch 😩🤷

Today 23rd 8:45pm and still no confirmation of cancellation BEWARE they do not appear to be concerned and is therefore a concern
