Super scam

Super scam! They act like they work for the cruise lines, but they do not! They make you confirm emails and then do not pick up when you try to contact them. Dan Martin is one of the scammers, he seems nice but takes your deposit which he claims is refundable, but turns out in the fine print, that it's not refundable. BEWARE!! LIARS!!

SCAM ALERT

I called MSC to book a group & was given Queenmarycruise phone #. Spoke with Dan Martin agent, gave him all necessary info including birth dates of all cruisers & credit card #. Charges were immediately put on but every time I called MSC there were no cabins booked. After several weeks of getting the runaround I cancelled entire trip & tried getting my money refunded with no succes as of this date

This company is affiliated with many scam companies

This company is affiliated with flightsassist, travel junction, air tickets hub, and global e-fare. They are all scams. My reservation says all these companies can charge my charge card. I am one of many who have been hurt by this syndicate.

Frantic due to “expert” at fraud

Frantic due to “expert” at fraud. This scheme bamboozled Bank of America’s fraud department, NCL and myself. Promised prepaid gratuities at $960 that would save me money. I was connected to the swindler by NCL. As soon as I saw the charge from a different entity I challenged it. The thief had an easy time talking his way out of the allegation of fraud to BOA.

This is a scam. They pose as Royal Caribbean, but their email is queenmarycruises.com which is not a valid company. We gave them information and credit card, our bank declined it. So we canceled the trip, they guy, Alanzo kept asking for different card. We called the bank, they said that company had fraud complaints. So we went online and booked direct. Buyer beware!

They scammed me

SCAMMERS. We booked a cruise through VacationsToGo on a MSC cruise. When I called VacationsToGo on January 28, 2025 my call was diverted to QueenMaryCruise. They lied and said that we could get a discount on gratuities if paid before the cruise. They were paid $504. Which was more than twice the required gratuities and they paid NO money to MSC. When trying to contact them they had changed their e-mail address. Avoid them like the plague.

Avoid at all costs

We used them to book gratuities on an upcoming cruise. They took our money and refused contact after asking for some sort of confirmation that the gratuities were paid with the cruise. The gratuities were not paid and instead they stole over 1400 dollars from us

Beware

Beware, beware, beware! All we wanted to do was check a dining reservation. Agent upsold my husband a tipping package and fortunately my bank sent me a fraud alert. Husband insists he used number from Royal Caribbean website. We didn’t lose any money but it’s a clever scam.

Fricking SCAM ALERT!!!!

Fricking SCAM ALERT!!!!! THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. THEY MAKE UP DEPOSITS and then POCKET your money. Somehow they intercept Phone calls to the real Cruise lines as I called a number OFF PRINCESS CRUISES website and these bastards took 526 from me and it is a Pain in the butt to get it back. You can dispute it because they actually never give you anything for the money, but YOU HAVE TO PROVE IT to your Credit Card Company!!!!
The Two Positive reviews are Obviously by THESE SCAMMERS... DO NOT TRUST!!!!!
