I’m so happy with the work of Dr Burak…
I’m so happy with the work of Dr Burak Pasinlioglu. He did a such an amazing job by improving the way my nose looks. It made a such a big difference to my face. No scarring at all the healing process has been incredible no issues at all. I was so scared having the procedure done in a foreign country. The hospital, the clinic, and the staff are top standards. I’m so glad I did the procedure with Dr. Burak. Gulsen was a darling in organising everything and answering all my questions pre and after surgery.

Facial fat transfer at Quartz Clinic - Istanbul
I was very nervous at going abroad for surgery - total gamble but also I had faith that Turkish surgeries would be as good as UK and the cost difference was a lot down to cost of living as much as the standard of care.
I had a virtual consultation with Burak who was lovely. I was disappointed on arrival to be told I wouldn't have him on the day I was meant to and it would need to change. The team offered me Dr Leyla instead who I believe runs the company.
She was very warm and had a kind approach. Her anesthetiser and support staff are also very professional and friendly.
The surgery went fine, I was naturally quite puffy afterwards. She saw me a day later before I flew home. After a week or so I was concerned my face swelling was going down at different rates- one side stuck out more and that really terrified me!
We had another face call and she assured me the swelling does take time and heals at different rates.
I’m delighted to say she was correct! It has healed and looks symmetrical now - I have some extra weight in my face as requested but it’s subtle.
In summary, I would say opting for facial fat transfer is a big decision and one not to take lightly! Avoid booking anything for at least 3 weeks after. If you are going to book I would recommend Dr Leyla and her whole team at Quartz clinic :-)

Amazing place

Exceptional experience
My experience was great from few reasons but most important one is that all the people I met , who received , assisted and took me through the process were very genuine , pleasant and of a great welcoming and service.
I must add that , specially one of employees, by the name Hanin , girl from Jordan , was exceptionally professional and made my experience absolute pleasure.
All the other members of team as well , I don’t know their names , from manager , people on the front desk , doctors .. were all exceptionally pleasant through the whole process.

Do not use this clinic if you value your face; they are unprofessional, not interested in your wellbeing or satisfaction; poor communication by staff, they demand upfront payment for treatment (red flag!!) rush through your treatment, treating you as a number and no aftercare!!
11 days ago, I went for a dermatological consultation with Dr Ezgi Ozkur who evaluated my skin condition as Rosacea and recommended IPL Lumeca treatment. I agreed to go for this treatment after she reassured me that it would improve my condition and no redness would last longer than 1-2 hours afterwards. I was taken into the treatment room, and one of the assistants put on the metal eye protection and had to wait 45 minutes without knowing when my treatment would start as the dermatologist was very busy. When Dr Ezgi turned up she started discussing other work with her assistants whilst doing my treatment which made me feel extremely anxious as I felt she wasn't paying attention, and this was my first Lumeca treatment and I didn't know what to expect. The session took no longer than 10-15 mins, although it should be for at least 30 mins. At the end Dr Ezgi told me you are now done and left without looking at my skin or asking me how I felt, and I had to go to the loo to wash gel off my face.
The results were shocking!! Although my face was bright red immediately following the treatment, I was hoping that it would improve after 24 hours, however, the redness did not go away,the same with the pigmentation and the spider veins around my nose (Spider veins were never there before!). Until now the redness has not gone away despite using the creams that the secretary told me to use (one of the creams recommended by the clinic was to treat eczema, even though I had no eczema). I whatsapped the clinic the next day about what to do about my face as I was worried, and was kept waiting for hours not knowing what to do. I called to chase the clinic, the secretary tried to brush me off and said she had passed on my query to the dermatologist and that I had to simply wait. The secretary later messaged me to say use Hipokort cream twice a day for a week with no explanation of what it is, when I asked her why I now have spider veins on my nose, no response was received until 3 days later to say ‘you should use the cream I said it will get better later’
I'm now having to go to a real professional dermatologist in London to hopefully fix the issues caused to my face by this treatment!

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the outcome of your Lumecca treatment. We would like to clarify that Lumecca is not a one-time treatment, and our doctor mentioned it during your consultation. It is also normal to experience some redness after the procedure. We prescribed a cream and medication for rosacea treatment after the procedure. If you are planning to visit Istanbul again, we can continue with your Lumecca sessions. Alternatively, we also recommended that you continue your treatment in your home country. As you progress through your sessions, you may start to see improvements
Rhinoplasty experience (Quartz Clinique)
Everything from the accommodation, to the operation, to time period after that has been great! All my questions regarding the procedure have been answered in time and I’ve gotten a lot of help regarding other matters as well, such as lost baggage. My doctor was Dr. Burak Pasinlioğlu, who is very skilled and gave me helpful tips for a fast recovery. My nose is still a bit swollen (1 week post operation), but that is just a part of the recovery. Although it’s still swollen, the results truly exceeded my expectations, considering I only expected a slight change of my nose! Overall I’m very pleased with this experience and would rate it a 5/5 :)

The best clinic in Turkey
I'm glad I chose Quartz Clinique. I had temporal lift and chin liposuction surgery with Dr Leyla Arvas. She is so professional, calm and energetic doc her assistants are very professional too they always returned to me whenever I had a problem I think this is one of the differences of Quartz Clinique because others have never been like this.
