Beware for portobello road shop owner. I tried on a pair of shoes in sale. The size was too tight, but he said he had my size, also a pair on sales. He was gone a long time, came back. I fitted the shoes and they were perfect. I was already at the cash register and suddenly he was gone with the shoes. Came back with another pair half a size up and damaged. Had it not been for my husband who noticed that something was not quite right, the owner would have let me pay for a pair of damaged and ill-fitting shoes. That’s not decent. I never write reviews but want to warn others to be careful.

Very friendly staff, huge range on shoes, great prices and clean shop with good layout. I had to bring all my friends in to have a look and meet the manager! She had such great energy and even helped me out by opening the store a little early just so I could collect trainers for my music video on time.
When they don’t have your size, they order in or have multiple shops you can collect your size from.

last week I bought some boots for 60 pounds, when at home I realized they were of different color tone, I went to change them and the manager very grasera did not want to accept it, I was willing to buy others, now I have to waste time in claims otherwise, I do not recommend this shop to anyone unless they change their policy, a zero for the person in charge, they do not deserve the post

Quarter Shoes Camden store has an incredibly rude manager! She didn't want to help me with an exchange and asked me to leave after I complained to head office about her. Head Office (4 feet shoes) doesn't care that they have rude staff and hung up on me when I complained. Very unprofessional.
