Received order quickly and love the floss - my only criticism is that you should consider making containers with more floss for end consumers - having to buy a lot of small plastic sample packages is not environmentally friendly or efficient- and what is the point of my dentist giving me a sample size when I can’t buy a larger consumer-size version? Surely you could make money that way as well…

I was most disappointed in fact that on the website it said made in USA when I received the sonic brushes they are made in China. I don’t like products from China!!!

We apologize you felt misled. We do have a line of Made in USA brushes but we do not list the sonic brushes as made in USA. We will review the website to ensure there is no confusion. We are a Minnesota company and state items ship from here for shipping ETAs.

My favorite electric toothbrush head
I use my Sonic Pro much more now that I discovered Quantum Labs Ultra Sensitive brush head. With the original heads, I was only doing it at night, and on the medium intensity setting. Now I use it morning and night, and on full intensity. Thanks to my hygienist for the sample!
I received the order in seven days. It was kinda "old school" in that I didn't get and email with tracking number it shipped, but it did ship promptly after all. Only downside is that I had to buy 48 heads, which, even if I change once a month, will last longer than the toothbrush.
