The shipment had some delay due to global chip shortage as far as I understood it, but when I finally got the prodcut it worked exactly as expected.

I echo the sentiments of others who have posted that this company is a scam. Ordered gloves over 6 months ago and nothing arrived. Emailed them numerous times for a refund and get the run around that they cannot refund because the order is in process and will arrive within a week. Same story over and over. They are frauds.

I have the same problems as heatedglovefan. They just go off after 10 seconds or so and go dead. Can not connect with the app, which was not working well since the start.

Tried customer services a while ago, but they are not responsive

Had the 'smart' gloves for a year. Yes, they took forever to be delivered, then they came via bestbuy. They mostly worked, and the heat is gentle, but they are not windproof. Now one of them fails (the electronics is busted: it will turn on with a freshly charged battery, then turn itself off after 15 seconds or so, to not respond to the buttons). Disappointed, since I liked the fact that they weren't bulky as all the other stuff I have (Lenz, and a bunch of amazon gloves).
I managed to bypass the smart-part, and patch up the hole: the glove now works in full throttle when connecting the battery. The wires from the battery in the product are super-thin, and may have caused the failure.

Quanta Vici gloves are an unfortunate bust. I’m well into over a year and I still don’t have a pair of gloves that work. The app is also under developed which leads to its own problems.
Refunds have been given to others in my same situation yet I have been denied. A complaint has been filed to the Better Business Bureau as this company can not be trusted in providing a product that works. They only keep promising false hopes.
I will keep negatively reviewing Quanta Vici heated gloves on as many sites as possible until I receive a full refund.

This company is a scam. They take your money and string you out forever and never deliver product. They will offer you discount codes and ask for more money. Beware!!!
Update: As of October 16, 2022, they are still stringing me along and nothing has been delivered and they will not refund my money.

Three months after my order, I have not received the product or any information on when the company might deliver it. The company's customer service team is not responsive. This has been a complete waste of $300.

I work outdoors in a job that requires manual dexterity. I've tried lots of different gloves and find that the ones thin enough not to interfere with my job just don't keep my hands warm, while thicker gloves prevent me from doing my job.
I marvel how such a small thing can improve my life so drastically during the winter months! I am so glad I purchased these gloves! Highly recommended!

Skiing with Quanta Vici Smart Heated Gloves has completely changed my experience in the best way possible. I no longer have to worry about my hands getting cold after 1-2 hours as they last up to 6 hours. The best part is that I can control the temperature settings using the app, very helpful!
