Spoke to one of the delightful gentlemen that works for this firm last December. It was an interesting conversation to say the least. When I asked if we had spoken previously about a development in Liverpool he responded with "no that was probably some other company thats no longer trading". When I called him out for speaking negatively about a competitor (a very quick way to lose credibility) he got rather upset. In the end his faux posh accent dissapeared and his real voice turned up. I believe he swore at me but it was a while ago so I cannot remember. Entertaining call but absolutely not a firm I would deploy capital with.

Following Quaneqo’s response, I decided to do some digging of my own. After all, leaving a negative review for the wrong company would be a bit awkward — and I do try to avoid awkward when I can.

Turns out, I got the date wrong — my apologies. The call actually took place on November 27th at 17:58, from 0208 126 3631. After cross-referencing this number with emails I’ve received from your company, I was able to confirm exactly who the rep was and their role within your firm.

Which makes your response — claiming to have “no information” on me whatsoever — all the more surprising. You have my name, email, and phone number. Surely a basic CRM search should have brought that up?

I’d also assume that a company handling investor capital would record calls as standard. With the details I’ve now provided, locating the recording shouldn’t be too difficult. Might be worth a listen — could be a helpful case study in how not to speak to potential clients.

If you’re genuinely unable to find either the call or my details, then that’s… concerning. Because if managing a simple phone conversation is this much trouble, it does raise the question: how are you managing the funds?

I need to update my review before someone else gets affected by this company. I’ve sent them a formal complaint letter with recorded delivery, they deny the receipt, I sent it via email and they still say they didn’t receive it.
There’s a guy named J.P, I don’t believe that’s his real name. He started getting angry and called me ridiculous when I said “I thought you had my email”. You will see their real faces, they’ll show you their true colours once you find out about their wrongdoing, misleading investors.
I was provided by C.T who used to work in Quaneqo, misleading information related to my investment in Storelectric Ltd. The statements were inaccurate and misleading. That individual works at Riverside Wealth Group now. The investment was never EIS approved before I signed the agreement and it’s been over two years with no EIS3 certificate.
You should not trust any of these brokerages that are not FCA regulated, they offer the investment opportunities in non regulated companies. They mislead you into investing in companies that are still in process to get the EIS approval from HMRC. Just to get their commission, they’ll push you into a total mess.
