About Quality Inn & Suites Tropicana…

About Quality Inn & Suites Tropicana Field St Petersburg, FL.
This is a Quality Inn brand and it is not good for the company to have this type of issue happening to guests in a Hotel that carries what is supposed to be a trustful Quality Inn banner.
I stayed at the Hotel from July 8 to 10 and I had a horrible and absurd experience. They take $100 deposit and they make up things not to give your deposit back. This is fraudulent and absurd. When I checked out I asked for a receipt for my $100 release as promised upon check-in. A man at the front desk was clearly upset because I asked for the receipt (that is because I had forgotten I stayed there before an year ago and they actually charged me instead of just authorizing and in order to have my money back I had to file a claim with bank of america and it took over a month to resolve) The man, which I believe is the manager and told me rudely to wait as someone would check the room first. Then he gave me a receipt that shows they charged me $50 for "cleaning Fees"!!!!He said the little wash cloth was dirty with make up!!!!! Absurd!!!!!
I left the room perfect and there was nothing to justify this $50. Cleaning is included on the hotel price!!! They invented something to take the money from me. I debated and asked proof of what they were charging me for from the room and they refused. The person at the front desk was ignoring me and said I'm not giving your money back and that's it. He kept repeating it. I have multiple witnesses. It was horrible. Treatment horrible This is absurd and fraudulent and unlawfully. I stay at many hotels both for work and leisure. I also worked for over 10 years in hotels. This is the worst ever. In guest service, accommodation, cleaning etc. But to randomly take $50 from me is beyond bad customer service and I am not accepting it.
Also, Breakfast (horrible as well) is until 9. I got there at 8:45 and they had already taken almost everything away and the lady seemed upset because me and another family arrived for breakfast at that time.
There was no toilet paper in the room when I arrived and no hand towels and they refused to give me more than 1 and said they had no hand towels at all. Staff all seem unhappy all the time.

Worst inn ever!

This place is very unsanitary .It was supposed to be cleaned before we arrived, yet we were told housekeeping is running behind and it would be another 40 minutes. We waited an hour and it wasn’t clean. The front desk lady went to look for housekeeping and it took her about 15 minutes to find them, they still were behind and we were told to come back in an hour and when we got back which was over an hour the housekeeper was walking out our room. I would give them a zero, but it only allows a 1.

Room dirty I had found rose petals, a sprite bottle under non working heat/air unit, rocks, dust everywhere, sugar on counter, toilet has black rings inside and outside, the tub has rust stain where it leaks all night long, heater didn't work...it was blowing straight cold air! ! The whole building smelled bad and the room was worse.
Check in lady was very rude and very unprofessional. As she was checking me in she took a phone call from home (apparently her daughter). I didn't feel welcomed at all I felt more like a bother for her.

Quality Inn Gatlinburg TN

Don't waste your money on staying here. The location is the only redeeming "quality' there is to this Inn. We experienced many issues during our stay this week. They had an excuse for everything that was brought to their attention. They also do not side with the customer is always right theory. On the off chance that you get such a "great deal, that you can't refuse" (LOL) I would highly recommend that you see the room before you check in. If you decide to get one of the whirlpool rooms bring your own cleaning supplies bc ours wasn't cleaned, even after we requested it be cleaned. The attendant told the front desk that she cleaned it and he sided with her; however, I know for a fact that she didn't bc I left dirty towels in the whirlpool and they were still there when we got back from our day trip. We were unable to enjoy it and they didn't care. The phone didn't work and there was nothing done about that either. I could go on and on about our problems but I'm running our of characters left to complete the complaint. They only refunded us a paltry $50.35 (1/2 the amount of our 1st days price)

NOT Quality Inn 1315 Menaul Blvd NE, Albq, NM

1315 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107
This place was the WORST. Would give 0 stars if possible - or negative ones! It was filthy - by any standards but especially disgusting during COVID. There was dried food, looked like salsa, all over one of the surfaces. The toilet made a loud sound that I've never heard coming from a piece of plumbing. There were no tissues in the built in tissue box, no "do not disburb" door sign but plenty of mold in the shower. We had to unplug the refrigerator because of the high pitched sound it made. The exterior door was propped open with a rock so anyone could enter without a key card and the interior halls were extremely run down. The building is steps from I 25 freeway so the noise was atrocious. We just wanted a decent place to spend the night after a long day of travel to the Sunport but this was not it. AVOID!

Disgusting, Rude, NEVER AGAIN.

Cahokia, IL
When looking at hotels my most important feature is Full Breakfast and Indoor Pool. Upon arrival, I find out that “full breakfast” is a granola bar and some fruit to take back to your room. I’ve had other hotels do the full breakfast and then send you back to your room but this is crazy. Then we find out you only get 45 minutes in the pool and limit of 15 people in the pool, IF there is a spot open. Okay, whatever, we carry forward. Not even 10 minutes in the room and I find a ROACH. Now I’m regretting staying. We leave for a bit and come back to find our door doesn’t lock. We alert the MANAGER who said it will be several hours before someone can fix it. WHAT?! Okay I’ll be awake for several hours for this person to come.... When the manager sent her SON, up to look at the door, we found that we needed to order our food for breakfast at check in. Why was I not told this when I checked in?! Our group goes for a swim and finds hair in the pool floating... looks like dog hair, the pool does not smell of chlorine but I have kids and adults saying it tastes of SALT. Oh and the towels I called in advance to ask if I needed to bring, they were not in the pool room. When I asked for them I waited 20 minutes before just taking all 9 of us back to our rooms to shower, only to find 3 towels in each room. When alerting the Manager of my problems, she stated, it’s just been a full night. The next morning, our “breakfast order” was not what we ordered. We had the egg tortilla tacos that we didn’t order, instead of all Jimmy Dean Biscuits. Neither meal options were good for the kids with allergies. I will never stay with another Quality Inn because of this experience.

Don’t waste your money

My room was wrong at first, and the whole place smelled like smoke. But the man at the desk was very helpful. He saved this place, honestly. Loud toilets that have minds of their own. Lousy air conditioners. Wobbly floors and dirty carpets.

WORST HOTEL EVER/ MESA QUALITY INN

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! The woman at the front desk was clearly high on meth and asked us for a 200 dollar deposit for incidentals. I had just stayed one week prior at a four-star hotel in downtown Phoenix that only had $150 deposit for incidentals and not only that the hotel with $150 incidentals which was literally 1000 times nicer the fee dropped off my account within a day maybe two tops this dump to be quite nice in Mesa Arizona Held my $200 for well over four days and when I called on day three to ask regarding what had happened with my deposit and why it was not refunded yet because I was in the room for about a total of 10 hours eight of which were sleeping so I know that they weren’t going to charge me for any damages to the room that could’ve possibly amounted to anything and the woman stated that they had been refunded the morning of checkout and was quite Rude about it! And also check out time is 11 well at about 8:30 AM when I had checked in at about midnight housekeeping repeatedly pounded on the door yelling if we needed service I clearly stated to her that we did not then she rudely shouted “well will you be staying another day” I told her absolutely not and not to mention what does that matter it was three hours until check out I was exhausted from work and a family emergency that had arisen which was the reason why I was staying there in the first place and I got nothing but drug attic‘s route service and woken up far more early than I wanted to also the room was terrible it stunk and was dirty there was all kinds of activity in the middle of the night going on In the front of my room area more drug attic so I’m assuming and just an overall unpleasant stay at this hotel in my opinion should be torn down I would rather there be a parking lot there than this terrible establishment I would highly recommend that nobody ever spend one cent with those people.

Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

I don't know what they're normally like, but during this pandemic this business has seriously disappointed me. As for the room itself, it was somewhat standard: The non smoking Room smelled of cigarettes, and there were dead bugs on the floor. Although I am grateful that they were dead. Nice to know they pay for a service. The room's Decor was updated; it looked nice. But the part of my stay that really has me writing this review- that has me leaving them only two stars, which for me is pretty bad: I paid for a Room with breakfast and shuttle Service. When I arrive in Orlando I am told they are not doing shuttle service because of the virus. There are shuttles up and running all around me but none of them that I had already paid for. THEY LEFT ME STRANDED! Not a good start. Then in the morning I asked them about the breakfast.i have no car and was relying on this service. They said that because of coronavirus they are not serving breakfast. I said but I paid for that. They said "no, the breakfast was complimentary." I said, "no it's built into the price. And in fact I paid more so I could have these extra 'complemtary' services."
She Shrugged. "Sorry (not sorry), Coronavirus." So although they handle my dirty towels, and hand me clean ones, they can't hand me a muffin? And I can go to any nearby place and buy food that people picked up and set back down but they can't hand me a muffin? I had to walk two blocks to the nearest gas station to buy some breakfast even though I already paid for it as part of the service of this hotel. At least at the gas station they were very kind and helpful.wish I could sleep there. One my second day there, the internet was being worked on, so I couldn't even get the news to come up on my tablet. That made for a dull day. No food, no shuttle, no internet...if I had just been looking for a quick place to pass out, this would have been fine, but this was to be my home for the week we were filming.

Bad manager

When you call Choice Hotels to make a complaint about someone who did something very wrong. They tell you that the hotels are independently owned and they cannot help you, even though you've stayed with Choice Hotels enough to get enough points to get a free night. Then when you get that free night, you have a manager that steals $50 from you and I got cash back rewards from the purchase of $50 that was charged 19 min after I left the lobby after I paid $32 in cash and 6000 points. When I used my points and $32 of my money to get the hotel room she charged me another 50. Then she called the police on me and had me removed from property. Then when the police officer went in there she finally refunded my $50 but she took my $32 and my 6000 points and didn't let me stay. I had to sit in the Cracker Barrel parking lot behind the Quality inn at 4200 west I 40 service road 73108 in Oklahoma City all night. I was there for a breast cancer treatment. The unprofessional manager told a guest that I was a prostitute. I am appalled at Choice hotels and Quality Inn at 4200 West I 40 Service Road in Oklahoma City. I will never book with choice hotels ever again. I would like my $32 that I had to pay with my 6000 points because I was a gold member.

Ms. Missunderstood in Albuquerque

I stayed several nights at the Quality Inn in on Manaul in Albuquerque, nm This quality inn had nice poolside room.. the hotel was pretty relaxed during this Corona period as well as hotel construction. We got to know the helpful courteous staff by name. Unfortunately the good time ended by saying the rooms will be visited by local police. No warnings or a reason why. I asked the manager a couple questions and she didn't want to deal it. In talking to the cleaning staff the police were there for specific room she said she new the room but it wasn't my room. No police came to my room nor was there a reason. Upon checkout the manager asked that I not come back because of all my visitors. She was thinking I was the "police room" she wouldn't let me get a word out to explain which I was and roon number. Instead she threatened to call police. I had a meeting to be at and didn't have time to wait for the police. I tried callie g police and the non emergency number did not ever answer. I chose the same hotel on my next Albuquerque visit the hood out weighed the bad. Price location and vibe were remembered. Upon checkout after three night stay the manager called my room to tell me not to come back. Dhe recognizes my name with the mistaken room guy... I will give them another try and see what happens.

Horrible ran down hotel. The rooms are far from clean and the water in the sink ran all night called the desk three times before they moved us to another room. and the lady at the front desk was rude and most places would offer an upgrade not here it is a down grade. plus there are homeless people in the halls at night and I swear drug deals in the next room.
