Rude manager/ owner

In the store you get plenty of items which is good however there is one old guy always wearing cap who is either their manager or owner, not sure. He is always in a mood to shout and fight with people. He is never ready to listen anything and all he wants is to yell at his own staff and also customers. Always ready to fight. The other store owners are much better so probably next time I would prefer to shop from there.

This store has the absolute worst…

This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is not only rude but also unreasonably accusatory. My 6-year-old son was simply touching an item in the store when an employee aggressively shouted at him, saying, “Don’t touch.” Such behavior was not only completely unprofessional but also unnecessarily harsh toward a child. This kind of treatment can have a lasting negative impact on a child’s mental well-being.

When I raised a complaint with the manager, I was shocked by their indifference and unwillingness to address the issue. The lack of accountability and professionalism from both the staff and management was appalling. Their behavior was not only unacceptable but downright disgusting. I would strongly advise against visiting this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

Poor service

Poor service. One uncle who works there thinks he's all that and is a beg and wants to create drama for no reason . Also their staff is biased and unprofessional. Guy was just overconfident over nothing . Haha humiliating to see so many employees and still the place looks like a dump. Low cleanliness and they don't do their job of putting things in place well either.

Keep away

I placed an order on 16th July (order# 63915) and has not been delivered yet. Dropped them an email and no reply. Now under maintenance message shows on their website. Very much disappointed.

Cant log in to the quailtyfoodsonline…

Cant log in to the quailtyfoodsonline website. there is no facility for login to my account. I have ordered from them before. Also none of the products show prices. The only way to contact is through their email which I did but no reply. Very frustrating!!!!!

Royal Bay QF worst one of the bunch!!

new store at Royal Bay...shelves are not stocked, food is days from expiring, staff at checkout are lazy..do not pack your food for you, ask me how much stuff costs then just charges what she thought without checking and closed the checkout walked away and left my food on the counter...response is I am not coug back and hope this review gives heads up to customers!!

Thank you for giving me a refund on the items that were missing in my order I will still carry on using this company as I like the produce but I would have liked an email responce still if a company is busy then all said I didn't like going through PayPal to get my refund but still great produce maybe I will get my veganlicious fizzy next time thank you once again William Morrison

Never again

I ordered TRF ground rice (2× 1.5kg) online but they phoned me saying it wasn't available and offered a different brand. I declined the substitute so they said I would have to wait. No offer to refund the money. Fair enough. Now a few days later I received rice flour for which I have no use. If that's not taking the mick then what is? Never again.

I believe this place is a scam

I believe this place is a scam. I placed my order on the 9th June 2023 and they said that your basket is full continue with payment after I had already paid. When I sent them an email they did not reply back instead they stated in an email that delivery is on the way and before I did not even receive the placed order and they are very keen to get a review. It’s the 17th of June 2023 and still have not yet received my order. I will not be ordering from here anymore.They have taken the money already from my account but no sign of the delivery. Awful service!!!

Free replacement

Ordered badami mangoes. Got delivered alphonso. When complained they sent badami mangoes for free. That is 5 star customer service. Pleasantly surprised as I use almost all the online Indian grocers and was convinced good customer service has died out among these vendors. Highly recommend them.

I don’t recommend this online food…

I don’t recommend this online food grocery shop due to one off nad experience. In fact I will avoid this provider for future! Unfortunately I am so disappointed with the items I received. I needed some aloe vera so because the delivery would have been expensive I had to order a few other things. Aloe vera piece they sent me is old over dated and dry and it’s rotten inside and outside! No use for me unfortunately and delivery took so long and they don’t use sustainable packaging and in fact a lot of things was stuffed which I believe they are not recyclable. Not good at all!

Scammed website stay away.

We ordered online for the first time on first week of april and didn’t received the product and online its says fulfilled. when we checked online their is no contact details. Tried calling on quality food shop they didn’t entertained us.

Its a scam website i guess.

Where s my order???

Its been more then 4 weeks now I haven't received my order yet, and there's no notification or something.. I feel like they are scam.. till now i don't bother as it is not a big order, n infact I paid the delivery charges as well.. n now when I logged in the website account it shows to re order n it again takes me to payment gateway..whats this ? The money has been already deducted frm my account.. I feel those giving 4 5 * must b there own people, this is my first bad online experience. How to contact them there s no customer care, or contact information .. highly disappointed.. don't trust them There s no option for 0 * otherwise I would given them.

Hi,
We like quality foods. This was my second order. They given us substitute of same item of different brand of 9 pcs.
While We have contacted, saying you haven’t ticked the Box saying no substitute. If you want to return its on your cost. Then i have try place an order to check where is showing that tick box. Placed an order through mobile. I couldn’t see anywhere. Help me out for further purchases.
