I purchased this product from Quality…
I purchased this product from Quality Eyes simply because it appeared cheaper than from my usual supplier. However, I failed to spot the comparison price did not include p&p. Including postage the price was identical. I feel that was an underhanded trick to attract business. When the eyedrops arrived the package looked liked it had been kicked around. The product itself was ok but the packaging was torn and the box damaged. The product itself is a great product. I won't buy from Quality again due to the added p&p

We display delivery prices on the delivery information page, and the checkout page before payment is collected.

Poor experience
Ordered lenses on 4/9 with delivery between 7-9th. Still not arrived and now 12th. Contacted company and they haven’t got them in stock and are awaiting delivery from manufacturer. Ordered from another supplier and arrived next day.
First and last time and I ordered £99 worth.

Used to be better packed with a cardboard box. (okay, you dropped the candy at some point, but fine) but this time only came with paper folder, the contact lenses box was damaged. (Probably when it was dropped on the floor coming through the pigeon hole ) Hopefully the actual lenses is still intact.

Poor delivery service.
When I placed my order the lenses were on stock, the next day I received an email advising they were no longer on stock, and could not advise when they would be. Not a satisfactory service.
