I bought an engagement ring as well as our wedding rings from Daniel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Super consultative, never pushy and made it totally personal. Couldn’t recommend enough.

So, after hours of perusing the Quality Diamonds website for an engagement ring, we made an appointment at their Milton Keynes branch to meet Paul.
On arrival we were made most welcome in a really nice environment.
Paul explained everything about the differences between lab grown and natural diamonds, including cut, colour, clarity and carat.
At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase. Paul offered guidance which was most helpful, but he was adamant that the choice remained ours.
We chose the lab grown route for ethical reasons, and not because they were cheaper.
We chose an 18ct gold band with three LG diamonds
Consisting of 1 x 1.3ct and 2 x 0.51ct lab grown diamonds.
On collection a few weeks later we were both blown away by how beautiful the ring was, and how much the ring sparkled. We are extremely happy with our purchase. So much so, that we are going back tomorrow to collect two wedding bands.
Fantastic service all round and highly recommended. We would definitely use Quality Diamonds again, and Thank You Paul for all your guidance and help.

I was becoming bamboozled by various websites when looking for diamonds for my wife in August and struggled to speak to anyone on the phone. I phoned Quality Diamonds and got straight through to Daniel, who was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional in explaining my options and in recommending the most suitable diamonds for my present. I bought some earrings and a 3ct heart pendant, which were great, but opted to go back to Daniel to get the pendant turned into a custom clasp. The return process was straightforward. Daniel was very helpful in providing some options to our specifications and we absolutely love the finished result with the same diamond in a yellow gold setting. Overall a great service and I would definitely recommend them again.

Received my 3.05ct Radiant Diamond (L.G. loose diamond) It is truly awsome! Super sparkly, not too big & not too small. I'm over the moon with it. The contact & service were 1st class. Beyond excellent. After doing some research online I decided to go to Quality Diamonds with my best friend to buy a new diamond ear stud. From the moment we met Daniel we knew we can come to the right place. Daniel took great care in explaining the different types of diamond along with the 4 Cs.

We then went through the available stock he had there and picked the most perfect diamond for me. Was a really fantastic experience and I now have a very bright and sparkling diamond ear stud which I couldn’t be happier with - I can’t wait to go back for another diamond - I’d go no where else!

The whole process of selecting the diamond and design was hustle free.

Where to start…
I was in the market to buy a loose diamond and upon my research discovered Quality Diamonds.
The site was very easy to use and I instantly noticed Quality Diamonds were significantly cheaper than other sites.
I found my perfect stone at a very competitive price.
I chose a 1.27ct G VVS1.

After placing my order I was immediately contacted by Paul Sitton who was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I felt assured and that nothing was too much to ask.
I also had regular updates along the way.
Once Paul received the diamond he checked with me when I wanted it sent and got it out to me the very next day!
From placing my order the diamond arrived to me in just 5 days. Amazing!

It all arrived packaged safe and securely with all the documentation. The diamond housed in a beautiful display case.
When I finally saw the diamond it’s safe to say I was blown away… it’s breathtaking! The fire and sparkle is like nothing I have ever seen.
The pictures looked fantastic but in person it’s incredible!
The diamond definitely lived up to the company’s name… a Quality Diamond!
