Excellent job!
Our service guy did an excellent job. We scheduled a duct cleaning to get rid of a strong pet smell that the previous owners left behind (since we had just moved in). He spent 3 hours cleaning every vent and I could feel the difference in our air quality as soon as the job was completed. It's really incredible!

Very friendly service tech
Very friendly service tech. I have dryer vent on second floor and it got cleaned out from the inside but I thought he would have gone on the roof to check it from that end. Dryer is still drying slow and don't know for sure if it is clogged on the outside.

PROFESSIONAL DUCT CLEANING
Highly recommended. The people who came were professionals in an industry wrought with unprofessional scams. This IS A REAL DUCT CLEANING COMPANY. They.have big machines and they went into each vent. The air flow especially upstairs has improved. Great company!

Our house was left covered in dust
Our house was left covered in dust. No one reached out until I called regarding indemnification. I was given a full refund which did not cover the cost to clean the home and the cost of the replacement air filters that had to be swapped out (3 total).

Absolute Lack of Care for Cleanliness
The “snake” that went into each of the rooms’ vents whipped up all the dirt and dust and got every room in the house dirty. The technician said “it won’t be bad” when I signed the bill, however upon further inspection, it was VERY bad. I also had to clean out the furnace behind the air filter as there was an abnormal about of crap in the duct that was not fully cleaned. I’m very upset with how the service was performed, and will not be using this company ever again. And will be sure to advise others of the same.
