Fantastic service from start to finish, I needed some parts for my old quadzilla, gave these guys a ring after seeing them on eBay, managed to get everything I needed all in one go, even sorted some nuts and bolts out for me that I had lost. Well where do I even start…
Well where do I even start, this company should not even be aloud to trade. I was massively hesitant to become apart of the dealer network in my area and this is exactly why… I as approached by another local dealer who said they didn’t want to deal with the smaller bikes anymore, I decided to take the dealer status for the smaller quads Quadzilla sell for some ridiculous reason! I ordered and paid for three buzz 50 quads, they turned up with duff batteries and would not run what so ever. At no point t before ordering the bikes was I ever made aware we would need to spend 2 hours labour on the bikes to get them going and supply new batteries. I called the parts helpline numerous times and stated the fact I was unhappy, they said for me to send the batteries back at my expense and they would test them and then if need be send some more and for me to wait for the new ones to arrive, I explained I had customers picking up two of the bikes the same day and Quadzilla literally couldn’t care less. I had to let down two customers which obviously upset them as they were buying the bikes for a children’s birthday! I told the customers they wouldn’t be able to take the bikes until they were up and running, they simply never have been. The carburettors over fuel which causes leaking due to the cheap Chinese quality of the bikes, I was not once told they would be cheap quality what so ever. I was then told to load up the three bikes into our company van at my own cost (whilst I had a broken leg) and drive them to another local dealer so they could look over them and I could then be refunded as I didn’t agree with being a dealer of cheap Chinese rubbish quad bikes anymore. I told George manning the uk’s marketing manager (if that’s what could even call him, I personally would call him different) I was then told he would get the other dealer local to us to come and collect the bikes at their expense and then take them back to his showroom and then George would collect from there… absolutely no surprise this did not happen! This was nearly 3 months ago, i am still awaiting the bikes to be collected and a full refund to be issued to us for the bikes, including my storage fees and the costs incurred to myself as the business owner for the workshop costs and hassle of trying to get these bikes up and running.
Please people whatever you do, take this lesson of mine as a lesson to yourselves! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM QUADZILLA!! The quality of the products are sub standard and the customer care/ service if that’s what you could call it is an absolute joke from all involved. They simply do not care for your business, earnings or capital what so ever they are the most unprofessional outfit I have ever had to deal with in my business career!
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE CHEAP RUBBISH THEY SELL THEY WILL LEAD YOU A DREAM AFTER PULLING YOUR TROUSERS DOWN AND LIEING ABOUT HOW YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I AM HAVING TO TAKE THE COMPANY TO COURT TO RECOVER MY COSTS AND BUSINESS’S LOSSES!
COMPLETE AND UTTER COWBOYS WHO SELL CHEAP UNSAFE PRODUCTS!!

Deliver to wrong address making me wait for refund!
Purchased parts for sons moped person who placed the order put the wrong house number I told him this he said there is nothing he can do even though the order had only just been placed and told me to go to my neighbours house! Apparently said parcel was delivered but my neighbour didn’t receive it as ups left it on his doorstep! Now trying to get a refund which is proving hard as now not replying and said got to wait for the outcome from ups claim! That is their fight with ups not mine, I want my refund!
