Scammers galore!

Not much more needs to be said about this garbage company. One day your C-suite will have all their goods pawned off to pay what you owe.

Disgraceful!

What this company did to it's users was a complete joke. Don't even think about using this garbage excuse of an exchange.

Axis Capital is a scam

Kapitalchargeback, that's the way I got a close friend's money out. All chargeback filing to the bank and email support was not responded to. I now quite understand the use of chargeback services and kapitalchargeback helped us recover every dime. You can contact them www.kapitalchargeback dot com.

Massive ponzi scheme. Liquidators have only managed to recover a fraction. DO NOT REPLY TO THE SCAMMERS posting their emails here. They are SCAMS.

they have had $86,000.00 of my money…

they have had $86,000.00 of my money after I sold most of my bitcoin and I have made transfer to my bank in September that has never arrived . many letters and promises have yielded nothing and I just filed at the BBB . The Court case they speak of is in Toronto . I have tried to post it here but they will not let me so you will have to get a lawyer to send you the link . the judges name is J. Hainey and the case # CV-18-597240-00CL read it for yourself and either file claim in the court or kiss your money goodbye . you have been scammed for sure

scam or not, it's a horrible experience

their security measures hinder more than help (how many email confirmations and sign-ins do i need to perform?!), their verification process was super-frustrating and not clear. their UX leaves much to be desired, i converted bitcoin into usd before realizing that there were other options available, and i haven't a clue how much i was charged in the process. i then tried to withdraw into my canadian bank account - which is the sole reason i was signing up with them in the first place - but they've made it so expensive and tricky to do so that i've given up and will be using traditional wire transfers to move my money instead.

QuadricaCX Scammed Me but Finally Paid

Updated:
Finally the funds came through after 6 weeks. Not as long as some have waited, I've got to say though, they could use some serious help in Service Management, Customer Relations, and Transparency at the very least.
___________
I have emailed multiple times (and generally polite but frustrated) and as of now not getting any response back from QuadricaCX and the bank transfer initiated a long time ago has not happened even though my account was verified a while back. Obviously will never use this site again, just warning others now. Other clients (lets say 90%) saying their transfers worked, is part of the scam, so suckers will think maybe this site is legit. Scamming 10% or more of clients is likely still a good business for them.

Slow transfers, barely any communication... They suck.

They won't execute your money transfers, going in or out. It has been 2 months now that I requested a withdrawal with a Direct Bank Transfer (or ETF) and it's still not in my account. Through a few emails, they've promised me two additional dates when my funds would arrive and it still didn't happen. Why make lies.

Their trading platform is ok, the volume and spread is mostly fine but their funding and withdrawal in Canadian dollars is terrible. Plus, their contact information is super hard to find on their website, so hidden that you would think they are an illegitimate company tending on the scammy side. Terrible communication... I cannot wait for a more decent canadian crypto trading exchange.

If you want your money to be hijacked, send it to Quadriga.
