I returned from a winter break to a leaking ceiling, hot water cylinder, damaged pipes and soaking floor. Frankie and Joe quickly sorted me out. Together we decided the best future option was to remove the roof water tank, old pipework, cylinder and fit a new combi boiler. As boilers are in short supply, they drove to Dartford to pick up one the last available. Every decision was discussed together and every addition cost for unforeseen items agreed beforehand. The price for everything was very reasonable for the work done and time involved. Some difficult problems were solved.
Are they hard working, reliable and honest? Yes.
Would I use them again? No hesitation.
Would I recommend them to others? Definitely.
Simply outstanding at every point.

Cannot thank you enough Frankie @ Quadrant Plumbing. Our hot water cylinder decided to give up yesterday causing our cold water tank in the loft to fill up and end up leaking water into our kitchen. You cannot beat going downstairs to a flooded kitchen, no hot water or heating at all since midnight last night. But hey you messaged me back at midnight, came out today and sorted me right out! Annual Combi Boiler Service - Exactly what I needed, competitively priced, straight talking, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Job was done with no mess left behind, report for service was with before he was out the door with the recommendations made but not forced. Would definitely recommend Frankie and will have him back in the new year for some extra work.

Had 4 quotes for a new boiler, and although this was the cheapest , it was the way he put his knowledge across that swung it.
Certainly got it right, professional competent clean & polite.

Hired Frank to replace a seized water valve. Turned up bang on time, explained what was needed and completed the job quickly. Very friendly and took time to clean up and explain what he’d done. Very happy and have booked him for more jobs already.

We discovered that we had leaking pipes under the bath and sink for a year after a cowboy builder refitted our bathroom.

Frankie was so professional, friendly and quick to correct our problem so we could enjoy using the bathroom again.

A simple job to put on some new taps. Frankie did it the day I contacted him and at a fair price. An excellent job done. Tidy pipework and no corners cut or bodge jobs. A lovely gentleman as well. Thank you Frankie.
